Rhinoplasty
The clinic performs two types of rhinoplasty: simple and complex.
Simple rhinoplasty
This is a type of plastic surgery that is used by patients who do not want to radically change the shape of their nose. Minor changes are made to the tip and wings of the nose. The tip of the nose is raised, while there is no effect on most of the skin of the nose and the bridge of the nose. Simple rhinoplasty is performed without a scalpel under local anesthesia. The manipulation takes an average of 15-20 minutes. The next day, the patient can return to his usual life and fly to his country.
Rhinoplasty
This type of surgery is indicated for those who:
- have aesthetic problems with the nose;
- cannot breathe properly or have problems with snoring and apnea;
- would like to change the shape of the nose;
- who need repeated rhinoplasty for various reasons.
After discussing the necessary changes, the doctor makes a 3D visualization of the desired shape of the nose, which will be the final result. The operation is performed under general anesthesia. The hospital stay after the operation is 1 day. After 2-3 days, the first swelling goes away, 7 days after the final examination, the patient can leave the country. Every day a nurse comes to the patient at the hotel to check his condition. Usually on the 2nd day, patients can lead a full life. Hair transplant

This is a hair transplantation using injections of the patient’s own stem cells, which are extracted from his fat cells. The patient is then injected with this liquid into the transplant area. When I asked who the manufacturer of the implants was, the staff worked very professionally after looking it up on the internet 🤦🏻♀️
The deposit was returned within a month, and not even the whole month... They constantly ran after my husband and asked for full payment (even though the test results weren't even available and for the amount they charged, they could have deigned to send the blood test results to WhatsApp 😂 for the sake of decency) this indicates that they don't care about the person's condition, only the money, and how did they say that they even perform surgery on drug users 😳 when I asked why they didn't warn me that smoking is dangerous for such a long operation and it is advisable to reduce cigarette consumption.

Shame on you, Estetik International. I am writing this review after weeks of not receiving a part of my refund back, as agreed. I admit I was a bit stupid to fall for it, but since you rushed me into paying up 500 euro deposit to book my hair transplant appointment, I will not hesitate to write this review. I should've known from the dodgy, robotic and frankly badly composed messages that were sent to me that yours isn't a clinic that can be trusted - not to mention the lack of any receipt once the payment was done. Like I said above, I was rushed into paying a deposit before any proper and official decision on what was to be done to me during and after the operation, only a vague description with bad grammar and a shallow promise that I was in good hands, without any substantial proof. After my first attempt at sending the deposit, I was told the money hadn't gone through and that I had to send it again, and that if the money from the first attempt eventually went through instead of automatically returning to my account due to lack of claim, they would add it to the total deposit. After weeks of this lack of trustworthy messaging and vagueness in describing the procedure (and I repeat, no receipt whatsoever) I decided to opt for another clinic and immediately asked for a refund. I was redirected to their other email addresses for refunds and complaints which did absolutely nothing to help me, the only thing I was told was that they were only able to send me the extra 500 euro that was claimed and added to the total deposit, 500 euro on top of the agreed 500. Weeks after messages saying that the refund will be sent within a matter of days (again, in total vagueness and with zero proof that the matter was being dealt with accordingly) I started to worry: I basically just wasted 1000 euro and I'm currently still being ignored both via email and whatsapp. And so I advise you, if you're thinking of opting for this clinic, DO NOT CHOOSE THEM unless you're looking to waste money pointlessly - and from by the looks of things it seems I'm not the only one here in the reviews section who has a similar problem with refunds and lack of care. This company only cares about getting your money, not about leaving their customers happy, healthy and satisfied.

My stay at the hospital was truly excellent. All the nurses took very good care of me and were always there for me. I felt safe and comfortable. The transfer service was also very organized and smooth.
The doctors, Dr. Bülent Cihantimur and Dr. Selçuk, are absolutely professional and highly recommended. They took great care of everything.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Estetike International in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything went perfectly from A to Z – the airport transfer, hotel, and clinic were all seamless, making the entire experience stress-free and very comfortable.
The nurses are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly made my stay so pleasant. I felt completely at ease and would happily return anytime.

Was great and responded at all hours of the day prior to confirming surgery. I have paid the deposit a week ago, asked multiple times to have my deposit receipt sent, and sent required passport info the next day and now have not received a response through instagram whatsapp or email now. I asked multiple times to confirm a surgery date so I can book flights and have been met with silence. Now I just want to get my deposit back and not proceed with surgery due to the lack of communication.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and was initially quite hopeful. However, unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the result.
Some of the topics discussed during the initial consultation and the expectations given were unfortunately not met in the final outcome. In particular, the way the donor area (the part from which the hair was taken) was processed seriously disappointed me. I believe the donor area was left uneven and aesthetically unappealing. Unless a special correction is made to the haircut, the appearance is truly disturbing. This should not happen in a professional operation.
What upset me most was their attitude towards my complaint. The clinic stated that no mistakes were made and did not approach the matter constructively. Even though I requested an additional operation, for which I was willing to pay, to improve the result and correct the donor area, they did not show a solution-oriented approach. Now, they are not responding to my messages or requests at all.
Being left alone like this after making the full payment and completing the process is truly disappointing. In a delicate procedure like hair transplantation, not only the operation itself but also the post-operative communication and patient satisfaction are just as important as the result.

Had a hair transplant with them over 2 years ago. Got over 3200 grafts done on the crown/widows peak. My results are disappointing to say the least. Donor area is patchy (over harvested in some areas) had minimal regrowth to the transplanted areas and my aftercare was immaculate (Finasteride, topical minoxidil, prp treatments) I’d say I was a 1 off potentially but I went with 2 friends and both of their results were extremely disappointing as well. The only reason for the 2 stars is the staff was extremely hospitable/welcoming and our translator made the language barrier seamless. Unfortunately for me, even going to see another surgeon will most likely not be able to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend going with a place that specializes specifically in hair transplants only.

Last year, on 31.08, I underwent buttock implant surgery and excess skin removal performed by “Dr.” Ikram in Essen. The assistant promised to take special care of me because I was coming alone. From the very beginning, there was extreme pressure regarding payment. The price was changed repeatedly, from €18,000 down to €9,000, which felt unprofessional and unethical—like bargaining at a market.
After the surgery, I felt extremely unwell. I was in severe pain and very weak. I was repeatedly told that this was “normal.” However, with each passing day, my condition worsened. I was confined to my hotel room, lying on my stomach for an entire week. I could not go outside at all and could only order food.
The day before I was supposed to return to my home country, the doctor briefly checked on me and said everything was “perfect,” completely ignoring my complaints once again. I had to beg for three hours to receive a special pillow for my flight.
Returning home was the worst day of my life. I was in unbearable pain, extremely swollen, and completely unable to sit. Three days later, bleeding started from the incision, and I had to undergo emergency surgery to remove the implants due to a severe infection.
I contacted the clinic and asked for a solution. One month later, they offered me a “free” revision surgery—only if the old implants were reinserted, which is medically irresponsible since those implants had already caused an infection. Alternatively, I was told to pay for new implants myself. I accepted this offer, and they sent written confirmation stating the surgery would be done once my body had fully recovered.
Six months later, I contacted the assistant again, and we scheduled a new surgery date for February 17. I was then told that using new implants would cost €5,000, which had never been clearly stated before. Despite this, I booked my flights and hotel.
A few days later, I sent my blood test results. They asked for additional tests, which I completed and sent promptly. Since mid-January, I have received no response at all. My messages are being ignored. I contacted the assistant and other staff members multiple times—no replies, no explanations.
This clinic does not even deserve one star. Unfortunately, there is no option for zero.
I want my money back.
