This was my very first time at this hospital, and overall, it’s pretty clean and has a fancy vibe, complete with recorded piano music that makes you feel like you’re in a shopping mall—guess that’s what you get with the high price tag. The receptionists at the front (the ones in red suits) were mostly on their phones, so I didn’t exactly feel welcomed TBH. After I visitied doctor I had to go to radiology, and had to change in a ‘changing room’ that felt more like a storage closet, with stacks of toilet paper and random stuff around and no sleepers even.. But at least the doctors were professional I believe

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Hospital. During my visit, I was instructed to leave my purse in a separate room while doing a stress test. Unfortunately, when I was dropped back off at my hotel, I discovered that money had been taken from my purse. I immediately reported this to the hospital via WhatsApp, and I was assured they would follow up on the matter. However, weeks have passed, and I have received any updates, no resolution, and no accountability.
This is completely unacceptable for a facility that is supposed to provide care and instill trust. Patients should feel safe, not worried about their belongings being tampered with. I expected better from a hospital and would strongly advise others to be cautious if visiting this facility.

What a beautiful and calming hospital! I had a one night stay and the staff were all lovely and kind. The food was very satisfying and healthy. I was put in my own room which, aside from the medical equipment, felt like a luxurious hotel room. Obviously it makes the whole recovery experience better in such an atmosphere. There is also a restaurant that I visited after my pre-surgical appointment that was lovely, I would even come to the hospital just for that!

I was initially very excited about my VIP all-inclusive checkup after seeing the positive reviews and viral videos online. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had. Since the viral videos, the service has noticeably declined, likely due to the influx of people seeking the same checkup package. As a result, a significant amount of my time was spent waiting for the various tests and procedures.
Additionally, I was promised a translator, but because I have some knowledge of Turkish, it seemed that my needs were deprioritized compared to other visitors. This was disappointing, as I had hoped for a more personalized experience.
When it came to discussing my results, I was told I would meet with the doctors in person, but since they were nearing the end of their shift, I was informed that a video consultation would be arranged instead. This was at the end of September. Now, in November, I have still not received the promised consultation.
The only reason I’m giving an extra star is because one staff member made an effort to check on me multiple times, recognizing my frustration throughout the process. Unfortunately, this alone does not make up for the overall disappointing service.

I had a complete body scan . I had the greatest translator, Mohammed. My accommodations were excellent. I truly enjoyed every moment I was there. I was examined from head to toe. I am looking forward to returning for dental work.
