Our pathetic nightmare started on July 21/25 in Istanbul, Turkey. We were recruited online by a parasite (Sarah), which we weren't aware of at the time. She arrived at a quote to restore our teeth that was acceptable. At her request we sent copies of panoramic X-rays so that they could finalize our quote. We flew from Toronto. We were taken to Goof Look on our first day which was surprising as Sarah had conveniently never mentioned it. We thought we were going to Inci Dis and no explanation was offered. We were immediately ushered into an X-ray room and had X-rays done on both of us. I was led to believe it was a new state of the art machine . We were then ushered to the cashier's office and told we were to pay in US currency. I was prepared for that but not for the new price. Talk about "bait and switch ". My price more than doubled with zero consultation or explanation. I assumed the fancy X-ray machine showed more detail but in essence it didn't. The more questions I asked, the more rushed they made it. I was conned big time. I was quick to learn that the entire staff of so-called medical professionals all suffered with ego including Sarah. The last day there, we both complained that our bite was off and they refused to do anything about it.

Don’t think to visit at all for some reasons , i had my hair transplant surgery a year and tow months ago and till now my hair is not growing naturally, the extraction was bad even though they assured to me the hair and the hair line will look natural, and it looks so fake and also i have shown pictures to make sure my idea is delivered clearly , hair is so thick because of the unprofessional extraction they were worried about a comment i have written before on Google Maps and they promised to give me the best help , team Cenar who was responsible about my surgery was asking me to take the comment off , overall after this time i am not happy for what they have done to my hair

At her request, we sent panoramic X-rays so they could “finalize” pricing before we travelled. Based on that, we flew from Toronto expecting a straightforward and professional experience. What we got instead was the complete opposite. As soon as we arrived, we were taken to a completely different clinic than the one originally discussed—without any explanation. From there, everything felt rushed and calculated. We were pushed through another round of X-rays and then immediately brought to the cashier, where we were blindsided with a price that had more than doubled. There was no proper consultation, no clear reasoning—just pressure to pay. Any attempt to ask questions was brushed off or rushed. It quickly became clear that transparency and patient care were not priorities here. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. Our concerns were ignored, and we were treated more like a transaction than patients. By the final day, both of us had serious issues with our bite, yet the staff refused to fix anything, casually telling us to come back in four months. On top of that, one of us left in pain with what appears to be metal protruding through the gum—something that should never happen if proper care and checks were done. When we tried to escalate the situation and speak to someone in charge, we were completely shut down. No accountability, no support—just avoidance. This experience felt deceptive, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. We left feeling taken advantage of and completely unsupported. There is no chance we would ever return, and we strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this clinic.

I received veneers and an implant crown through contact with their staff, and initially I was given another clinic name. However, when I arrived, I was instead taken to Good Look Clinic. The reviews for this clinic were not as good, which concerned me. When I questioned this, the person who brought me there explained that it is part of the same company. Still, I was not comfortable with this change and felt that the decision had been made for me without proper transparency. The dentist was skilled and the dental work itself appears to be good. However, during the procedures she spoke a lot in Turkish with her assistant. This was distracting and uncomfortable, especially since I have visited other dentists before where communication during treatment was more professional and focused on the patient. I would like to mention that the translator, Flora, was excellent. She was very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. The main reason I am giving two stars is the poor organization and the overall feeling that the clinic is primarily focused on taking patients’ money rather than providing a well-structured service. I traveled there for only one week, yet every day I had to wait at the clinic without being told the exact time of my appointment. There was no clear schedule, and on several occasions I was left waiting from the morning until around 5 PM before being seen. Another serious issue was that I developed inflammation and a fever during my stay. When I informed them that I needed antibiotics, they provided the medication but charged me extra for it, which I found unreasonable given the circumstances. Overall, the dental work itself seems good so far, but only time will show how well it lasts. However, the clinic urgently needs to improve its organization, transparency, and respect for patients’ time. For international patients who travel for treatment and stay only a short period, it is unacceptable to spend entire days waiting at the clinic without clear appointment times

Bait and Switch: Fake doctor credentials and disastrous results! I arrived at the clinic for a full-mouth restoration consisting of 17 E-max veneers, 8 crowns, and 3 implants. Prior to this, I had completed full orthodontic treatment in Germany; my teeth were healthy, and my bite was corrected. 1. DISCREPANCY BETWEEN OFFER AND REALITY: The official offer featured a doctor with 14 years of experience and a U.S. PhD. In reality, I was assigned a 27-year-old doctor. I only discovered the dentist's age after my healthy teeth had already been fully filed down for veneers. The doctor’s experience was my primary criteria; instead, I was given a recent graduate. I tried to remain unbiased, which proved to be a massive mistake. Furthermore, the warranty periods promised in the offer were unilaterally shortened upon my arrival. 2. UNNECESSARY MEDICAL PROCEDURES (ATTEMPTED FRAUD): The surgeon at this clinic insisted on bone grafting (bone augmentation), which would have cost an additional €700 per jaw. My orthodontist in Germany, who was monitoring my process, saw no medical necessity for this. Only after I demanded that the clinic explain the clinical reason for the grafting directly to my German orthodontist did they "suddenly" decide the procedure was not needed. This was not about the money, but about my health, which they were willing to compromise simply to increase the bill. 3. INSTALLATION ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE: I was kept in a hotel for five days with filed-down teeth. The clinic scheduled the final installation just 4–5 hours before my flight. Despite promises of daily fittings, I was kept in the dark until the very last moment. This lack of time for adjustments led to a horrifying result. 4. INCOMPETENT COORDINATION: The coordinators, specifically Ivan, were unprofessional and ignored the terms of the Bookimed offer. They denied pre-arranged transfers and showed total ignorance regarding the medical staff's credentials. Ivan’s only response to technical concerns was, "You will love the result," while ignoring my questions about the on-site laboratory and timelines. 5. HIDDEN COSTS: The final price was approximately €1,000 higher than the initial offer. When questioned, the staff claimed they had "nothing to do with the offer," exploiting the fact that I had already traveled and started treatment. 6. COLLECTIVE COMPLAINTS: At the Panorama Hotel, I met four other women in shock over their results. One has filed an official complaint with the French Consulate. We are now in contact to file a collective statement with the Ministries of Health in Turkey, France, and Germany to review the licenses of this clinic. 7. THE RESULT: The outcome is disastrous. The front crown is a different color than the veneers. There are gaps between the teeth after the instalment of veneers which the doctor filled with a temporary composite that fell out immediately. A veneer on the 5th tooth broke within a week. The teeth were made excessively long; the doctor’s "fix" was to grind them down, destroying the translucency and aesthetics I was promised. 8. DOCUMENTATION AND BLACKMAIL: The clinic provided inaccurate documentation for my insurance, falsely stating that a missing tooth (requiring a bridge) was present. This prevents me from receiving insurance reimbursement. The coordinator, Ivan, explicitly refused to correct this document unless I deleted my negative review on Bookimed. This attempt to "barter" for legal medical documentation is the final straw.

I want to warn people not to do harm to their health. Avoid this place, don't do anything there. You will not only lose money, but also your health. They take money in advance as soon as you give it, you are all in a trap. They constantly lie. They promise that everything will be fine, but you get crowns that crack and fall out. Implants that are twisted crookedly. And all you get is pain and stress, don't go there. I am looking for people who have suffered from them to file a class action lawsuit.

Aka Estenove Painful for my wallet and my procedure! Added extra 1k to my bill for eyebrows and did not use topical anesthetic for initial 40 needles in freezing the scalp!! Very professional caring staff otherwise with door to door service. The clinic did give me .5k hair care product package as a price concession.

I had been seeing so many ads on Instagram, so coming across them felt like a pleasant surprise!
From the very beginning, Onat was incredibly professional and reassuring. On the day of my procedure, a spacious taxi was waiting for me. When I arrived at the clinic, everything was exactly as hoped for: clean, beautifully designed, well organised, and calm.
The doctor was extremely kind, and the whole team was amazing. The entire procedure went smoothly, with only a couple of minutes of very mild pain. The aftercare was absolutely divine, with excellent products and medications provided.
I stayed just a few minutes’ drive from the clinic. The hotel was fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent too!
Six days after my first transplant, I experienced no pain at all—just a bit of swelling during the first couple of days. Everything healed perfectly.
If you are looking for a hair transplant, Good Look Clinic is truly the right answer.
There are simply not enough stars to rate them!
Update – Second Visit:
I have now returned to Good Look Clinic for a second time to further enrich my hair with another transplant, and once again, the experience has been amazing. The staff are lovely—so polite, charming, and genuinely helpful. There was very little pain, and it was absolutely worth it.
A massive thank you also goes to Malan, who was incredibly helpful during my last visit. They even offer a free hair wash (mine was on day 10), and the support throughout the aftercare process was outstanding.

This is the same Mavidenta clinic. I went to Mavidenta and ended up at GoodLook. In addition to dentistry, the clinic does plastic surgery and hair transplants. Everything is streamlined - as quickly as possible. As soon as you pay for the services, interest in you practically disappears.
On a return visit, even if you come strictly at the appointed time (for an examination, x-ray or impression), you can wait a couple of hours. The treatment plan changes along the way, since some services are initially not included in it, for which you then have to pay extra - for example, wisdom tooth removal or a membrane during sinus lift.
The only big plus is the surgeon Dr. Berre Karoz. She installed implants for me, a very good specialist: she explained everything in detail, speaks English. She did a high-quality job, I am happy with the result.

Had the worst experience with the clinic.. coming from the Sofya agency which was the worst experience I ever had. Never recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely sue this clinic and the agency for giving me the wrong information..
