Areas of Expertise

A dental implant is made of titanium and is placed inside the jawbone to replace a missing tooth. It is very strong, and once healing is complete, it cannot be removed from the bone. An implant requires about 3 months to heal after placement, and during this period, a crown cannot be installed on the implant.

Advantages:

Long-term prognosis: Since the implant replaces the tooth root, the bone level is preserved, and the result lasts longer compared to a dental bridge.
More conservative solution: Adjacent teeth are not affected, so healthy teeth remain untouched.

Disadvantages:

Higher cost: Implant treatment requires two visits. For international patients, this means considering two flights and accommodation costs.
Two-visit treatment: Some patients find it inconvenient to travel twice due to work commitments or financial reasons.

A Hollywood smile usually consists of 20, 24, or 28 teeth. The exact number depends on the treatment plan, the patient’s smile, and personal preferences.
If a patient has a wide smile, we usually prefer 24 or 28 teeth (12 or 14 teeth per jaw). The most common treatment plan includes 24 teeth.

This procedure is performed after tooth preparation. Tooth preparation, also known as tooth shaving, involves removing approximately 0.5 mm of enamel to create space for the crown to fit properly on the tooth. If this step is not done and the crown is placed directly on the tooth, the teeth may appear bulky or protruded.

The materials used for the crowns are zirconia or Emax.
Crowns can improve and change the alignment, shape, bite, color, and size of the teeth.

We focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum disease and the structures that support the teeth. We treat conditions such as gingivitis, periodontitis, and bone loss, aiming to maintain or restore oral health. A periodontist specializes in treating serious gum problems and often performs procedures such as scaling, root planing, and bone grafting.

Dentspa is an outstanding dental clinic in Istanbul. The level of professionalism is very high, the care is excellent, and the whole experience is unusually smooth for something that has the potential to be stressful. Dentspa took care of me so well they picked me up at the airport got me a hotel picked me up from my hotel for every appointment the staff is amazing and they have all the information to answer any of your questions. I recently completed my dental treatment at DentSpa in Istanbul, and I can honestly say I am extremely happy with my experience.
I spent 6 days in Istanbul for my treatment, and DentSpa arranged everything for me. They put me up in an incredible 5-star hotel, handled all of my transportation, and provided translators whenever needed. The entire process was seamless and took so much of the stress out of traveling abroad for dental work.
Every staff member I interacted with was kind, respectful, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort. The clinic itself is beautiful—far nicer than any dental office I've personally visited in the United States. They even have an excellent coffee bar where drinks were complimentary for both me and my wife, which was a very nice touch.
Most importantly, I am thrilled with the results. My crowns look incredibly natural, and my smile feels completely unreal in the best possible way. I never imagined I could have such a white, natural-looking smile while still looking natural and not overly artificial. The doctors were clearly talented and paid great attention to detail throughout the process.
For approximately $6,000, I received treatment, accommodations, transportation, and care that likely would have cost many times more in the United States. The value I received was outstanding.
If you're considering dental work in Turkey, I would absolutely recommend DentSpa. My experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for giving me a smile I am proud to show off every day.

Entering with fear, leaving with beautiful teeth.

From the very first contact, I was reassured in a pleasant manner. I was able to ask all my questions in advance via WhatsApp, and even the evening before the appointment, I received clear and quick answers. This gave me a lot of confidence.

The intake took place the next day, and the treatment was started immediately. Everything proceeded professionally and was well-organized. The clinic is very hygienic and modern, which gave me a feeling of safety.

There are multiple staff members present who speak different languages, ensuring smooth communication. The pick-up from the hotel and the drop-off after the treatment by a taxi driver were also excellently arranged.

After the treatment, I had a follow-up appointment and received a night retainer to prevent teeth grinding. Clear attention was paid to aftercare and my personal situation.

A small error was made in the billing afterwards, where one tooth too many was included. This has now been taken up and the amount in question will be refunded within a few days.

I have had a great experience with Dentaspa . The company is very organizied with escorting you to and from locations and great in communicating. The clinic is beautiful and hygienic. I did pay slightly higher than my initial quote as I had to have an in person consultation and a few pre procedures to perfect My smile but definitely worth it ! Dentspa has been great while I was in the clinic. They explained what they were doing before it was done. I have 2 more trips here to complete my process. I am sure that when I'm finished it will be great. Some down sides are that if you need them while away from the clinic you can WhatsApp them but it can take a day for a response. If you're having a issue that needs attention this is bad. They also only give medication for 5 days to a week. I had a big surgery and thought I needed more for my comfort. But they decided not to give. I'm still happy with Dentspa. EVERYONE has been overly nice. Glad I started this journey. Mohammed was kind and personable. He was fun.
