I had a very upsetting experience with Vitrin clinic, and I feel it’s important to share it so others can make an informed decision. On our first visit, the price we had previously agreed on was suddenly doubled without proper explanation. When we questioned it, the justification given was that they were using “different products and implants,” which had never been clearly discussed or agreed upon beforehand. This felt misleading and unprofessional. The treatment itself felt extremely rushed and careless — six teeth were extracted in one session and implants were placed immediately. It felt more like a production line than proper medical care. During the second visit, one of the implants failed. Instead of addressing the issue properly, another implant was placed next to it, leaving my mother with gaps in her bone. Despite spending a full week there, we were barely called in for checks or follow-ups. It was clear they were overbooking patients and prioritizing volume over care. The worst part was at the end of the treatment. My mother’s teeth arrived from the lab late in the evening, and they were completely the wrong shape and did not fit. A second attempt late at night was also incorrect. With a flight at 6 a.m., we were kept in the clinic until 2 a.m., leaving us barely enough time to return to the hotel, collect our belongings, and go to the airport. We were told that if anything went wrong, they would fix it at no cost. However, when part of the dental work broke just a few months later, they refused responsibility and told us we would need to pay for travel, accommodation, and stay for at least a week for them to repair it. Even two years later, this experience still affects me. The lack of care, accountability, and basic respect for patients was deeply distressing. I would not recommend this clinic.

I was nervous travelling from Canada for major dental work but from the time i made my decision i was connected with a great team of people here in Instanbul. My transfers from the airport to the hotel were seamless. As my treatment began i was introduced to more members that i refer to as my team that were fantastic. It’s nice to see the personal care they give knowing that for most of us being far away from home it’s nice to have that calming effect that’s sometimes needed. I attended Vitrin Clinic im April 2026, I couldn't be happier with both the experience and the outcome. I spoke with many clinics and from the moment I spoke with Alex I felt reassured and I was confident I had chose the correct place. When I arived the team were warm and welcoming and Noor was a calming and reassuring voice after my initial consultation helping to settle my nerves. Haji was assigned as my patient assistant and culdn't have been more helpful he was amazimg throughout. Every dentist, surgeon and nurse I encountered were 5 star and made the whole journey a breeze. I have to return in 6 months to place the final few crowns over implants but as for now I'm smiling again.. for the first time in years.
