It was a last min trip to Vitrin clinic so I was hesitant given the negative stories I've heard about Turkey in general. I must say there was no need to and I was completely relief upon arrival, the clinic is very professional, filled with tourist and the staff is completely professional. They will provide an honest and transparent consultation, I would prefer this method over the NHS where my root canal surgery failed. Will return and recommend to famoly members. Sema was able to assist me through the process and super friendly, they have an international team to assist prior arrival and their respons3 is very prompt.

There are a few people that I want to mention in particular the x-ray assistant her name girl Aslı is so nice. I would also like to acknowledge Eren who was so warm host and bartender of the clinic. He helps to relax you give you refreshments and take your mind off of what your gonna have to go through with your procedure. His name is Eren. I also would like to thank Sema she was very professional and to help everyone understand the processes through interpretation was particularly helpful to me because I didn’t understand many things that they were saying, but she speaks perfect English and Turkish and it was very helpful to have her here on site. The dental surgeons are professional and do good work. From a medical and surgical point of view, I have no negative comments; they were attentive and excellent. The major problem lies in the communication. Ultimately, we don't really know much, and the procedure is carried out piecemeal without any real information throughout the entire treatment. Before my stay, I was given misleading information via WhatsApp, clearly intended to convince me. Be wary. This is a shame because I was considering going ahead with the treatment anyway, and with accurate information, I would have had a better experience. The objective was clear: to sell me their product. They answered all my questions agreeing with me without providing any real information, which is disappointing. Once there, the budget quoted via WhatsApp was completely inaccurate; it was far too expensive compared to what had been agreed upon. After reviewing my file, which inevitably involved reducing the scope of treatment, we found a price that better suited my budget. I accepted, and the treatment was performed correctly.

During my stay, a bank transfer payment wasn't received on time, so I had to pay a second time. Upon my return, I received a refund. So, bring cash or pay by card, but be careful with foreign transaction fees. Withdrawing cash there cost me over €200 due to foreign transaction fees. In any case, they were very professional regarding my refund, so if this happens to you, you can trust them.

To put it simply, overall it's more like a factory where people come and go for dental treatment, but the care is good. The staff is pleasant, although there's a significant lack of communication, in my opinion. I wouldn't say avoid it, but do your research before committing. Translated fromFrench
