People who live in Europe, don't trust them. At first, everything is great, but they are not professionals. I had a bridge and an implant done. After I flew home, my face started to swell and I had pain. Now I'm doing it all over again and I'm also preparing documents for a complaint to all the authorities in Turkey.

On November 13th, I applied to Avangart Clinic in Şişli, Istanbul, for a tooth extraction. Before the procedure began, I was charged a fee of 3,200 TL, described as a "deposit," and it was clearly stated that only the cost of the X-ray would be deducted, and that the remaining amount would be refunded if I did not have the procedure done. I paid with my credit card, and I have the receipt.

Afterwards, even though the tooth extraction was never performed, I was seriously wronged during the refund process. The first person I spoke to, Mr. Mehmet, said he would help with the refund and that it would be processed that day. However, I was later contacted by Ms. Suna, who said that it was her initiative and that they could not do anything, and that the communication was one-sided, with her shouting at me and not giving me a chance to speak.

Although I was initially told that half the fee would be refunded if the procedure was not performed, they are now saying that half will not be refunded to me. I believe they attempted to "extort" a portion of my money even though no tooth extraction was performed, and I feel wronged as a result.

I demand that Avangart Clinic refrain from withholding the fee unfairly charged under my name, M. İ., even though no tooth extraction was performed, and that only the X-ray fee be deducted, with the remaining amount refunded to me. I also request that an investigation be conducted into the staff member who communicated with me in a shouting and disrespectful manner, and that the injustice I suffered during this process be taken into consideration. I've had my implants and bone graft in for a week. What can I say? Nothing's swollen, just a slight pulling sensation now and then. I think the whole team is really great; it's on a completely different level than in Germany. There's an anesthesiologist, a surgeon, a second dentist, and someone who does the suction. Someone who explains everything to you in detail. The whole process is also very efficient. I arrived on Tuesday, and the transfer was fantastic. The hotel is really great. They did a jaw scan and planned everything precisely. On Wednesday, I followed their advice and had a proper breakfast. They started at 11, and three hours later everything was in. The first follow-up appointment was great; they gave me an injection for the initial coverage. They also gave me medication and a lot of ice cream. Thursday was a day off. I even ate my first meal of the day; it's unusual but not painful. Friday was a check-up with... Scan.

I went home on Saturday, and so far everything is healing perfectly, I think.

Every time, people have been checking in to see how I am and if I need anything.

This review is long overdue, and I want to preface it by saying the delay had nothing to do with the experience I had — quite the opposite. I’ve been meaning to write this since April, but after getting my veneers (which I absolutely love), I made the mistake of getting lip filler that I wasn’t happy with, which temporarily threw off my confidence. It felt like I fixed one thing I was insecure about — my smile — and then messed it up right after. But now that I’m back to loving my look, I want to finally share how amazing this experience truly was.

I had two veneers done in Turkey, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The quality, precision, and care I received from the entire team were truly top tier. The doctor was so meticulous — he even took the time to file down my front teeth to make them even at no extra cost, and it completely transformed my smile. I used to be so self-conscious about it, and now I can’t stop smiling.

What stood out most to me was that the doctor actually refused to proceed at first because he wasn’t sure if the result would look natural with the gradient of my teeth. That’s how much they care about the final outcome — it’s not about just taking your money, it’s about ensuring you leave 100% happy. That level of integrity and professionalism made me trust them completely.

And I have to mention Mandana, our coordinator. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She picked us up, gave us personal recommendations, hung out with us, and even loaned my best friend her sweater when she was cold. Her warmth and attentiveness made the entire experience feel personal and luxurious — not transactional at all.

The price? Insane value. It was literally a quarter of what you’d pay in the U.S. for work of this caliber. And no shortcuts were taken — the results speak for themselves.

If you’re nervous about going overseas for cosmetic work — I get it. I had those same concerns. But this clinic is the real deal. The quality, care, and professionalism were better than many places I’ve seen back home. I left Turkey with a smile I finally feel proud of.

Even though I told them I couldn't go abroad and come back, my implants are crooked, the crowns on them aren't sticking, they fell off in two days at most and broke in two. The back ones stuck, but the front ones didn't. What kind of teeth did you make?
