I had my surgery at the end of April and I’m so happy with the results so far. Şakayik Has been amazing and not just before my surgery. She has been brilliant during and after too. I recently had my gastric sleeve surgery in this hospital and I must say, it’s one of the best decisions of my life. Dr Servet Tali did an amazing job with my surgery, came by to always check on me. I had mixed experiences with the nursing staffs, on few occasions where i rang the nurse call for help, they take hours to respond and sometimes, they don’t even bother to respond, one of the cleaners, she wears the same uniform like the man in this video, she was the absolute worst, her attitude was horrible, i hope she understands she works in hospital, that means vulnerable people are always going to need her help. On the brighter side, Nurse ZULEYA and Nurse AZRA (floor 2)they were angels in human form, they absolutely loved being a nurse, it wasn’t just a job for them, it was a responsibility, they know it was up to them as nurses to help the patients through the healing stage, which is the most difficult part, and they did an absolute job. Shout out to the WhatsApp lady, I never got to meet, who arranged everything perfectly, even when I missed my airport transfer and to Hassan too.
