I have waited 2 months before writing my review! I enquired about my gastric sleeve in October ‘25 and booked through Shaghayegh- the nicest co-ordinator. She was so helpful responsive and ensured I felt comfortable even allowing me to speak to the surgeon before I even confirmed booking with them! As soon as I spoke to the surgeon who answered all my questions I confirmed and booked! Everything was arranged and instructions were given to where to go to be picked up from the airport (included in the price)! Shaghayegh kept communication with me all the way through even up to being pick up and then met me at the hospital! Shaghayegh Walked me through payment and paperwork and all the staff were warm! The hospital was so super clean and organised! I was taken to my room at the hospital! For me one of the important things when doing my surgery was to stay in the hospital due to if I have any complications I wanted to ensure medical staff were around to assist! After getting settled I was taken to do pre-op test straight away! I was shocked but it was all in the hospital and my blood was taken! I had my own hospital suite to myself with private bathroom. Next morning bright and early was taken to do my preop test! And there were soooo many tests and I was so impressed! Every T crossed every I dotted! They made sure that I was as safe as possible to be a candidate for surgery! Met with dietician with goal/target weight, mental health assessment was done, lungs, xray, cardiology, etc and wanted to perform some more that I almost wanted to say do I need all these tests done but honestly it did put me at ease that they were being thorough and not a person they wanted to just take my money! The surgeon came to see me before my surgery and I felt comfortable and like I know who is going to be operating on me! Then surgery happened and honestly I don’t remember much which is fine and there were no complications during surgery which is good! After surgery the surgeon came to see me as well and told me there were no complication or concerns After my surgery, my body rejected my iv line and was why I felt I made the right choice in have the surgery and staying in hospital! The nurse came in checked what was going on ( this was 2am in the morning) and took details! By 8am the surgeon came to check on me to see what was going on and for some reason my body didn’t want to play ball in getting a line back in and when I say they did not give up in trying they didn’t! I had probably 15 nurses and an anaesthesiologist try for about 15hrs and in that time different staff and nurses came to check in on me and see how I was! The concern for my health was paramount for them and you could tell! The surgeon even came back to see how I was and explain what the next steps were and during this whole time I didn’t panic or have concerns because I felt so safe! They found a solution and things then continued to go well! They did everything to ensure that infection was a minimal! From the nurses cleaning my incisions like clockwork every 4/6 hours to the cleaning staff mopping the floor and surfaces even if I hadn’t touched them to my bedding being changed 3 times a day! I was given meds to take home with and told any issues or complications at home I could come back and they would revise/fix and have support even after I return back to the uk! They also gave me a pack with my results of tests they did and you know they did a lot when I got 6 pages worth of results and a certificate with what surgery I had etc. Honestly going with them was the BEST decision and I have and would recommend them to family and friends because I felt that safe and experience was amazing! I definitely will be going back and booking other procedures with them down the line and probably exclusively stay with them for anything as I trust them! If you plan to do gastric sleeve with them…DO IT!!!! 10/10 and I want to also publicly say thank you for ensuring my safety at every turn!

My friend underwent breast surgery for the second time, and since we've experienced the process before, we won't forget this experience and the treatment we received. While continuous ice application is necessary after surgery, the hospital didn't have any ice; in other words, the entire hospital couldn't provide ice.
