I'm 7 months pregnant and have been trying to get an authorization on switching my OB so I can deliver to a hospital closer to my house, since mid April. It's been sitting in his inbox being ignored and the OB who I'm trying to switch to has faxed over everything and has done all the work and it just needs to be approved. I switched to him as my primary care last summer and his office messaged back saying I wasn't a patient. It's been months, this is so frustrating as I'm a high risk pregnancy and may be scheduled for an early induction and just need an approval and can't get any answers back.

Too bad I have to give a star because even 1 star isn’t deserved!!! This office is horrible! My husband had influenza A at the beginning of COVID and really needed care. He was coughing so hard and passing out. He didn’t have COVID This office refused him care BECAUSE THEY WERE AFRAID TO SEE HIM and said they weren’t seeing respiratory patients. I had to drive to Roseville to see a doctor even though this was his PCP and we only live 3 miles away. Also he needed a stress test and didn’t tell him not to take his meds the day of the appointment and charge him for the stress test they couldn’t even complete. The administration ladies rude and lack empathy. Refused use of their bathroom and said I had to get the code from the security guard in the atrium. Looked out in the atrium and no security guard. I told them there’s not a security guard to give the code and she refused to give it to me!! The code for the female restroom is 3971. This office commits fraud by charging for procedures not completed, refuse care because they were too afraid of COVID and the ladies at the front desk are rude! This is just a small sample of this issues experienced at this office.. Stay clear of these jerks!!!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to Dignity Health in Sacramento. My office visit on August 21, 2024, was extremely unsatisfactory and has caused me significant mental stress. I was charged $500 for an office visit that was supposed to address my illness. However, during the visit, nothing related to my illness was discussed. Dr. Zubair informed me that I needed to speak with another doctor within the Dignity Health network for further assistance. This contradicted what I was told by his associates and the front desk staff, who assured me that Dr. Zubair could diagnose and prescribe medication for my condition. This misinformation led to a fraudulent charge, as Dr. Zubair was unable to diagnose or prescribe treatment for my ADHD. Reluctantly, I paid the $500 fee. Had I known the truth, I would have seen a psychiatrist directly, avoiding unnecessary costs and stress. Additionally, I was not informed of the visit’s cost upfront, which added to my financial burden. The mental distress I experienced during the appointment has severely impacted my overall health. Despite my requests for financial assistance, I received no support or guidance. I believe these practices are both fraudulent and unprofessional.

After rigorous research, I found Dr. Zubair as PCP for my parents and when I moved back to town, I chose him as my PCP as well. My parents have had him as their PCP for quite some time now and I have had him as mine for 1 year now and we have no complains. There is a long wait for new patients but once you have been seen, it’s very easy to make follow up appointments with opportunities to be seen as soon as the next day.

A physician who listens and then explains what the symptoms are. I like the way he addressed my complications.
