The doctor who performed my nose surgery on December 23, 2020. The biggest mistake of my life. I went to him solely for cosmetic surgery, even though I had no prior health problems. I'm writing this review on May 10, 2021, and within two weeks I've seen two different ENT doctors. This is five months after the surgery. Both doctors said there was a collapse in my nostrils, causing difficulty breathing. I can't breathe. There's a collapse in my nasal bone, and it's noticeable from my profile. Before going to ENT doctors, three months after the surgery, when I went to Gürsel Turgut for a routine check-up, he said my nasal polyps were enlarged and needed to be cauterized so I could breathe. He said this not after examining my nose with micro-cameras like ENT doctors do, but simply after having me lift my head and looking at my nose for 10 seconds. He not only ruined my health with a botched surgery, but he also puts his patients' lives at risk with incorrect diagnoses. I will write about what happened to me everywhere I can and tell everyone I can so that others don't suffer the same fate. Only 5 months have passed since the surgery, and the doctors I consulted said that various complications could develop within a year and that intervention now would be wrong; they said it would be better not to intervene for a year. When I first went to him, I didn't have any intention of having a nose surgery; I just wanted a minor procedure. But he put me in such a psychological state that I felt I had to have a nose surgery, and five days later I found myself on the operating table. His communication with patients was only focused on himself; he never listened to you, and he would get angry if you tried to ask or understand something. He has a very strange psychology, and his communication with patients is terrible. I was shocked. I became hesitant to express my wishes. And the worst part is yet to come: my cornea was torn during the surgery. Yes, I couldn't open my eyes. When I came out, it was the worst day of my life; my eyes were burning. Now, let's talk about what happened. I had a lip lift done at the clinic. He condescendingly asked things like, "How's this part of your body? Oh, do you have lip fillers? Is this how lip fillers are done? Who did it?" (I was already upset about the wrong filler done on my lips, and these comments made me cry for days.) He completed the operation without giving any information about things that didn't concern him, but which did, and by making snide remarks. Even though I came from far away, I wanted to go back for a check-up and to have my stitches removed, but he didn't call me, saying it wasn't necessary and brushing it off. I couldn't get any information over the phone either; the secretary just brushed me off and hung up. Even though the procedure cost 4,500, his doing this, his condescending attitude, and turning his back on me gave the feeling that he was dealing with a commercial business, not a healthcare field. There was excessive scarring after the procedure. I contacted him on Instagram, and he still commented on irrelevant topics with the same attitude, suggesting I'd had a nose job, even though I haven't had such an operation. It's really interesting that he confidently claimed this based on a photo. Even if I had another operation, focusing on that instead of the problem is nothing but manipulation. I do not forgive him. I believe he is working unethically. Because no consent form or invoice was given. The patient below is absolutely right; if you ask questions, he psychologically attacks you by asking if you're obsessive. He demoralizes you by referring to your psychology. I think he needs to see a psychiatrist. He needs to improve his ability to communicate healthily with patients.
