My advice to anyone considering BBL is that, despite telling them I'm particularly bothered by the dents, the doctor hasn't even touched them. The dents on my hips, right above my hips, don't hurt when I touch them. They're not contusions, but they haven't even been seen. I have protruding buttock fat just below the dents, and there are stitches 5cm to the side. Why, why, why weren't they touched? Why am I still unattractive? Estethica unfairly canceled my package, and after I had my complaint removed, they didn't respond for weeks. About two years ago, I purchased two separate packages at the Estethica Ataşehir branch: 8 sessions for the face and 8 sessions for the body. Throughout the process, they repeatedly attempted to delete my sessions, and I was often unable to reach them even when I called to inquire about my appointment time. I had to constantly travel to Ataşehir to retrieve these unjustly deleted sessions. They presented me with two separate face and body sessions in the same week, both times as face and body sessions, and told me on my fourth session that this was the last session. After I objected, I learned that they had prescribed me two body sessions in the same week. It's impossible to attend two body sessions in the same week. After almost forcing this to be corrected, they then proceeded to claim that I had already attended the session, which had been canceled because I was tan, and deducted one of my sessions. However, my friend waiting in the car that day testified that I hadn't attended the session. After agreeing to one deleted session, they then canceled another one, saying our packages expired for 1.5 years and therefore, you can't come anymore. They constantly tried to sabotage my sessions with various excuses. While we thought they were trustworthy because they were a hospital(?), they never set a time limit when selling me this package. I even stated from the outset that I would be coming to sessions more sporadically because I travel abroad frequently. The worst part is that I never signed a sales contract outlining the terms and conditions. They never even collected a signature at the end of a session. This way, they can't prove I attended any sessions, and they can even make it seem like I did. In short, since I didn't sign anything when purchasing or attending the sessions, they can unfairly confiscate your sessions, just as they did with me. All the while, when you called them repeatedly, they never answered. They even took my payment using an IBAN. In short, the institution doesn't possess the hospital professionalism they claim it does. They insist on printing all the good reviews on Google reviews. They delete the bad reviews. I have a previous complaint, and they deleted my record. But after I deleted the complaint, they never called me back. In short, everything you see is just an advertisement, and once you make the payment, no one even returns your calls. It's been a month since I deleted my complaint, and every time I call, they just say they'll get back to me tomorrow and never call me back. Sometimes, they don't even respond to my messages. I came to another hospital after researching lymphatic drainage online. I had a breast lift and rhinoplasty, and I'm writing about everything that happened to me so you understand that this hospital, even if it offers free surgery, is a place you shouldn't go. I had the rhinoplasty and breast surgery at the same time. I went back for the nose surgery a week later. The doctor removed the cast but quickly applied tape without showing me my nose, showing me the tape. I realized something was wrong, but I assumed he didn't want to waste time because they rush everything and treat patients like sheep. I returned because I live abroad, and a week later, when I removed the tape, I saw a bruise on the side of my nose, and the skin was stuck to the bone. I wanted to see the doctor immediately, and he told me over the phone, "Go get hyaluronic acid injected right away." Being a novice, I couldn't help but think, "How could you not tell me this, cover it up, and expect me to go back abroad?" I looked for a place abroad where I could get hyaluronic acid injected because they told me it was a minor issue that would be resolved if I had it injected. (5 years later, my nose is still the same; the dent hasn't improved at all.) Moreover, a new problem arose after the rhinoplasty: the bridge of my nose collapsed, and I developed nasal threads (nasal thread syndrome). The threads from the stitches started protruding from inside my nose. In other words, there were threads inside my nose, causing discomfort, stinging, and constant inflammation. When I mentioned this to the doctor who performed the breast revision, he said, "Let's not do both at the same time; we'll look at your nose later." When I asked if the threads were important and definitely needed to be removed, because I was afraid of risking my nose, he said, "Well, we can remove them; they'll bother you." Five years later, this week, I learned that the reason the bridge of my nose collapsed after surgery was because the stitches had been left in for too long and that they were melting the cartilage due to inflammation! Regarding my breast lift, I requested a small size and showed the doctor with pictures. However, the first doctor inserted 350cc silicone implants without informing me, which I learned only after the surgery. After the breast surgery, my stitches came out, leaving very serious scars. Within two or three months, my breasts had sagged even more than they had originally, and they were enormous. Worse still, because the implants had been placed in the wrong place under the muscle, they had moved towards my armpit. The shape was distorted, and even the nipples were torn. When my breasts sagged and became terrible, I contacted the hospital. They said, "Neslihan, let's do a revision surgery. We don't want you to be left like this." They made me sign a paper saying I wouldn't leave any negative comments. I explained that my breasts were too big and that wasn't what I wanted. They insisted, "That doctor has left the company. We don't know what you're talking about. If you want to make the implants smaller, you have to pay," and they actually made me pay. Since that doctor was no longer there, they referred me to other doctors, all of whom said the implants were in the wrong place and couldn't be completely corrected. But everyone at the hospital kept passive-aggressively saying, "These could be complications, it's not the doctor's fault." I had the surgery and went abroad. When I removed the tape, I was horrified because the doctor had cut my breasts from the crown to the armpit! The stitches are visible even from the side when I wear a bikini. And the biggest problem: they'd stitched my nipples so high that they look incredibly funny, ugly, and unusual. I can't even find a bra that will cover them.
