Mustafa Abbas Yurtkuran is a distinguished Turkish nephrologist, professor, and former rector of Uludağ University. A specialist in nephrology and rheumatology, he has devoted over 40 years of his life to the advancement of medicine and education. Dr. Yurtkuran has actively worked in international medical centers and has made a significant contribution to strengthening Turkey’s scientific and educational potential.
He has more than 40 years of experience in medicine and academia. He served as the rector of Uludağ University for 8 years (2000–2008) and worked at international medical centers, including the Cleveland Clinic (USA) and the University of Manchester (UK).
