DON'T DO ANY SURGERY WITH THIS PHYSICIAN. My wife had the worst experience with him after a horrible breast surgery that we are still dealing with complications for years now . What I have noticed that He is not up to date, poor communication and false reassurance/ he is not honest at all. Don't be tricked by the term professor, this is an academic degree by working with students/ residents ( most likely the did the surgery not him). The one star is for the hospital and nursing staff which was good otherwise zero for the physician. Maybe he is good for filler and this kind of procedures but Never a surgery.

I came to Istanbul to get a septorhinoplasty with dr karaaltin, I arranged the surgery through rightchoice and I can’t praise them any less. They whole team are friendly and made me and my friend feel welcome the whole duration of the time. The results of the nose job are also great it is still swollen but the shape is all that I could wish for. Also I will be seeing Dr Karaaltin in 6 weeks time in London for a follow up to see how the swelling has gone down.

I highly recommend Dr Karaaltin especially to anyone living abroad coming to Turkey for a surgery. There are soo many surgeons in Turkey, and you’re almost lost in options but for me what I appreciate is the technique used by the surgeon, which was over and beyond what surgeons in the Uk would have done, I say this because none of them explained this in the consultations had. I flew to Istanbul on my own for a mummy makeover. I was so nervous but as soon as I arrived I felt safe and very well taken care of. Communication was excellent. Transfers/pickups/checkups/hotel after care smooth. I have been having 2 surgeries previously at elsewhere but I wasn’t pleased and when I finally came to see Dr K, I was still doubtful due to my previous experiences, but Dr K completely changed the game for me. I did a big mistake going to clinic Hubb the aftercare at the hospital was so distressing no one wanted to understand or care what pain your going through I had a choice between clinic Hubb and karaalatin even when I was in clinic Hubb the co orderantie from dr karaaltin went out her way to check if I’m okay how’s my pain levels how’s the services I badly regret my decision as I got TWO big lipo burns from clinic Hubb not why I wanted and the stress is not worth it
The service even in the hotel checking in took three hours.
I have now learnt a valuable lesson trust your gut don’t just go for a better deal go with a company who’s well established not money hungry and the care they show you it’s human not robot I am now planning to go with dr kaarlatin to fox what clinic Hubb done a Horrific job !!!

From start to almost finish, the staff here made the process extremely difficult and stressful for myself, the patient.
The policies here do not accomodate the patient in any way!
It is 100% about them, Not you the patient!
They will not accept cards cash only and they made a BIG DEAL about collecting $ before procedure!
They would not accept bank wire transfer, and would not help accommodate with getting my bloodwork done or collecting payment!
No taxi, no shuttle, no help and No assistance with payment!
The 2 assistants made everything super difficult and stressful that I canceled last minute!
Very unprofessional, disorganized and selfish coordinators. I hope the doctor will see my post, get better assistants. One of them kept denying everything and blew up my phone non-stop trying to explain herself.
Do not go here please choose clinic-hub they actually work hard for their money and care!

From start to finish I cannot recommend this company any higher. Nothing is too much trouble. I went to Istanbul on my own for surgery. The hospital is exceptional as is the staff. They look after your every need. Following surgery and at the hotel the care continues. Contact with them is so easy and reassuring. The hotel is great and the staff wonderful they are used to guests post surgery and are there to assist. The transport to the clinic is efficient and post op appointments are notified in good time.

I had extensive surgery on my eyes, both upper and lower eye surgery and laser treatment performed by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Veli. I can’t thank him enough for his detailed care and attention received throughout. What makes his care outstanding besides his skill to produce the results you want is the aftercare received by himself and his entire team. I was extremely nervous having decided to perform surgery outside of my home country, however I highly recommend this surgeon who ensures you are fully looked after. Had a mummy makeover and all I can say is that my experience has been outstanding! The staff at the hospital were so friendly, the coordinators made me feel reassured. My safety was at the forefront of everything that they did. My friends are now gonna have work done and I would highly recommend Dr mehmet veli karaaltın and his team to anybody. You are in safe hands.

Hi recently, I had rhinoplasty in Turkey after I had 2 surgeries in uk with NHS. Beside travelling stress caused by covid 19 restrictions experience was good. They met me at the airport and took me straight to the hospital.Though there were some language barriers, this guys know what they are doing. The hospital itself was not bad. Dr Mehmet Veli is a very kind person and a really very good surgeon. Everything was very well organised staff professional and friendly . The hotel where I stayed was not far from hospital, quite decent conditions good (if you are on budget better eat outside restaurants are 3 times cheaper)Beside fixing my nose ,I took a boat trip and walked around the city. I'd never been in islamic country before, Istambul is a place to see. After all, quite pleased, I solved my health issues and visited a foreign country with deferen culture. Thank you all for the good experience.

I had a rhinoplasty and lip lift with Dr. Mehmet and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Mehmet was professional from start to finish and made me feel relaxed about the surgery. My experience was very pleasant, everything was organised from the transport to the hotel which made it very easy for me. The nurses and doctor was available 24/7 to answer any of my questions. Overall the result from the rhinoplasty was better than I could have imagined and I am so happy that I went to Dr Mehmet, I couldn't thank him and his wonderful team enough.
