For years, I had been searching for a doctor I could trust to perform breast implant surgery. By chance, I learned that a friend's sister had undergone breast reduction surgery with Dr. Aykut and was very satisfied, so I thought, "Let me go see him," but honestly, I wasn't very hopeful I'd be convinced. Because I had seen many doctors and hadn't been satisfied with anyone. During our meeting, he truly understood me and my preferences. Having been to numerous doctors and done countless research, I thought I knew everything there was to know about breast augmentation. However, Dr. Aykut shared information I hadn't heard from other doctors. This wealth of knowledge, his sincere approach, his provision of technical information, and his seriousness made me trust him. With this trust, I quickly decided to have the surgery I had been putting off for years. I felt that this doctor wouldn't abandon me, and if a problem arose, he would stand behind me and fix it. Dr. Aykut isn't one of those typical "Nişantaşı doctors"; he's truly a "doctor like a doctor." His priority is definitely his patient's health. He might not be someone who laughs a lot by nature, but I think he's quite cheerful in his private life – you can tell immediately from the hilarious jokes he makes :) I think he's very empathetic, sincere, and genuinely well-intentioned. He always gave very clear, knowledgeable, and satisfying answers to the questions I sent via WhatsApp. He noticed the excitement in my messages as the surgery approached and reassured me every time. I never encountered any attitude that made me feel bad or uncomfortable in any of his statements. As you know, it's impossible to ask questions directly via WhatsApp with many of our pretentious doctors. Dr. Aykut responded to me directly from the first contact. He immediately shared a few before and after photos. It's been 7 months since my breast implant surgery, and everyone finds the results very natural. As someone who pays great attention to detail, I'm happy with everything, from the stitches to the placement and size of the implant. He also offers free laser treatment to prevent scarring. I also saw the healed state of a 70-year-old woman who had a facelift done by Dr. Aykut – she really looked great. The nurses at the hospital also said that there was almost no bruising after the facelift. I also met up with a patient who had a tummy tuck on the same day as me, 15 days later for a follow-up; she had recovered quite well and was very satisfied. That's my experience and observations. Hello my name is Meryem , I came to Istanbul /Tukey on June 2023 and I got blepharoplasty and eye lifting operations with Dr Aykut Mısırlıoğlu in Avicenna hospital in Asian side of Istanbul. The Doctor was too careless , he didn't control me as he is supposed to do even i stayed at the hospital for 5 days. The operation wasn't successful, the problem in my eyes still exists till now , I went to many surgeons for this problem , nobody from them believed that I got blepharoplasty and eye lifting surgery ...even they took from me 3800 Euro at the hospital. I would never recommend him for cosmetic surgery. I had otoplasty (ear pinning surgery) done by him in a hurry, and I'm still unhappy. My ears look different, and one looks like it's been nailed to the back. He didn't care about my expectations after the surgery; his attitude was "I cut it, I shaped it, it's over," which I didn't like. He had an unnecessarily arrogant and disturbing demeanor. I'm so unhappy with the surgery that I'm writing this months later. I hate him so much. I don't forgive him and I don't recommend him. There are many better surgeons out there; I hope you find one. I waited to see how long the effects of the terrible filler this doctor did would last before writing a review. Six months later, even though skilled doctors treated me and largely corrected the condition Aykut Misirlioglu left my face in, the scars and depressions are still noticeable. If you want to protect your appearance, emotional health, and wallet, I recommend going to a specialist who cares about their patients, doesn't just inject and move on like mass production, and acknowledges and corrects their mistakes. I had fillers done for fat loss in my cheek area. In the first attempt, they filled areas other than those that needed filling. When I went for a follow-up, they injected so much filler superficially that I had bumps on my face. They dismissed what other doctors immediately diagnosed as malar edema and lymphatic blockage, saying it would dissolve. Initially, they said it would dissolve in two days. Then 15-20 days passed. Then he said it would eventually dissolve. Besides normalizing the terrible appearance of my face, as a doctor, he didn't tell me that this could be a serious condition and might not actually go away. Even when I asked if I should see another doctor, he said there was no need. Luckily, I didn't listen to him and went anyway. After all this time, even after having multiple dissolving treatments and corrective fillers done by a very skilled doctor, the traces of A.M.'s terrible work are still there.
