This was my very first time at this hospital, and overall, it’s pretty clean and has a fancy vibe, complete with recorded piano music that makes you feel like you’re in a shopping mall—guess that’s what you get with the high price tag. The receptionists at the front (the ones in red suits) were mostly on their phones, so I didn’t exactly feel welcomed TBH. After I visitied doctor I had to go to radiology, and had to change in a ‘changing room’ that felt more like a storage closet, with stacks of toilet paper and random stuff around and no sleepers even.. But at least the doctors were professional I believe

HAD A COMPREHENSIVE CHECK UP IN THIS HOSPITAL AND IT WAS TRULY A STATE OF THE ART HOSPITAL. THEY HAVE THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY. MOST OF THE DOCTORS THAT I HAD WERE VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED TO ME THE PROCEDURES AND RESULTS. IT CAME BACK VERY QUICK AND IT IS A VERY GOOD PRICE OF THE CHECK UP IF I WOULD COMPARE IT TO THE U.S. SERVICES. MY TRANSLATOR, YAREN, WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL TOO. BUT THE DOWNSIDE WAS I WAITED FOR A LONG TIME (FOR ALMOST 9 - 10 HOURS) TO SEE SOME DOCTORS AS NOT ALL OF THEM WERE AVAILABLE AND MY DENTIST APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED AS THE DOCTOR COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE ME AS SHE HAD AN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE WITH A PATIENT EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SINCE 3 MONTHS AGO. What a beautiful and calming hospital! I had a one night stay and the staff were all lovely and kind. The food was very satisfying and healthy. I was put in my own room which, aside from the medical equipment, felt like a luxurious hotel room. Obviously it makes the whole recovery experience better in such an atmosphere. There is also a restaurant that I visited after my pre-surgical appointment that was lovely, I would even come to the hospital just for that!

Took the VIP health checkup for me & wife.
We booked it a week in advance. Although the hospital facilities look new and well kept. The organization and logistics is very poorly planned.
1) we were told that hotel pick up service is no more offered by the sales chat representative, upon reaching the hospital we found that the service was possible.
2) we were asked not to have water or food 8 hours before reporting time (8:30 am). Upon reaching the hospital our coordinator/translator which is provided as part of the VIP package says it is ok to drink water and offered us water. Felt stupid been thirsty since waking up.
3) the sales chat said that bone density test can be opted out and the charges can we reduced. However while payment they said before it was possible but not anymore. When we shoe them the chat, they said that the information you have been given is old and not up to date. Well how come 1 week ago chat is old information????
4) we were never told we would need to give a stool sample, luckily we both did not poo in the morning before reporting. However this kind of information must be given in advance.
5) the doctor visits (once the checkup tests are done) are very poorly planned. I got done in 5 minutes with the eye doctor and my wife was put to wait for 30+ minutes, although we went together.
6) we kept waiting for 30+ minutes for internal medicine doctor, then I suggested the translator that why don’t we go have lunch if it takes too long. We were escorted to lunch, but again so poor organization of time and logistics.
7) there is no clear plan for the day, you follow your translator blindly not knowing what is next and how long it will take. Why can’t they print a timetable and give if at the start of the day.
8) the translator is sweet and polite, but we found her English to be very basic. She is the one who should be translating our concerns to the doctors, but we don’t think her English is good enough to do so.
We understand that at big hospitals things do not work to the minute. But opting for a VIP package only to be spending more than half of our time waiting and not knowing how long it will take is a poor experience and frustrating.
FYI we paid 1,100 USD (approx) per person for the VIP 1 day checkup package.

I scheduled a health check MRI for myself for $1100 and inquired whether that included a doctor’s review. I was informed that would cost an additional $220. Upon arrival, I learned that multiple doctors would need to review the MRI, each charging $220, totaling an extra $1320. While it makes sense that specialists need to review different areas, I wish I had been informed of this before making the trip. I also booked an appointment for a friend at the same time, but when they arrived, the hospital had no record of the appointment, despite them sending me a screenshot with all the details. This disorganization is frustrating, especially after taking half a day out of our schedules to see these doctors who clearly don’t have their information in order.
