Bait and Switch: Fake doctor credentials and disastrous results! I arrived at the clinic for a full-mouth restoration consisting of 17 E-max veneers, 8 crowns, and 3 implants. Prior to this, I had completed full orthodontic treatment in Germany; my teeth were healthy, and my bite was corrected. 1. DISCREPANCY BETWEEN OFFER AND REALITY: The official offer featured a doctor with 14 years of experience and a U.S. PhD. In reality, I was assigned a 27-year-old doctor. I only discovered the dentist's age after my healthy teeth had already been fully filed down for veneers. The doctor’s experience was my primary criteria; instead, I was given a recent graduate. I tried to remain unbiased, which proved to be a massive mistake. Furthermore, the warranty periods promised in the offer were unilaterally shortened upon my arrival. 2. UNNECESSARY MEDICAL PROCEDURES (ATTEMPTED FRAUD): The surgeon at this clinic insisted on bone grafting (bone augmentation), which would have cost an additional €700 per jaw. My orthodontist in Germany, who was monitoring my process, saw no medical necessity for this. Only after I demanded that the clinic explain the clinical reason for the grafting directly to my German orthodontist did they "suddenly" decide the procedure was not needed. This was not about the money, but about my health, which they were willing to compromise simply to increase the bill. 3. INSTALLATION ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE: I was kept in a hotel for five days with filed-down teeth. The clinic scheduled the final installation just 4–5 hours before my flight. Despite promises of daily fittings, I was kept in the dark until the very last moment. This lack of time for adjustments led to a horrifying result. 4. INCOMPETENT COORDINATION: The coordinators, specifically Ivan, were unprofessional and ignored the terms of the Bookimed offer. They denied pre-arranged transfers and showed total ignorance regarding the medical staff's credentials. Ivan’s only response to technical concerns was, "You will love the result," while ignoring my questions about the on-site laboratory and timelines. 5. HIDDEN COSTS: The final price was approximately €1,000 higher than the initial offer. When questioned, the staff claimed they had "nothing to do with the offer," exploiting the fact that I had already traveled and started treatment. 6. COLLECTIVE COMPLAINTS: At the Panorama Hotel, I met four other women in shock over their results. One has filed an official complaint with the French Consulate. We are now in contact to file a collective statement with the Ministries of Health in Turkey, France, and Germany to review the licenses of this clinic. 7. THE RESULT: The outcome is disastrous. The front crown is a different color than the veneers. There are gaps between the teeth after the instalment of veneers which the doctor filled with a temporary composite that fell out immediately. A veneer on the 5th tooth broke within a week. The teeth were made excessively long; the doctor’s "fix" was to grind them down, destroying the translucency and aesthetics I was promised. 8. DOCUMENTATION AND BLACKMAIL: The clinic provided inaccurate documentation for my insurance, falsely stating that a missing tooth (requiring a bridge) was present. This prevents me from receiving insurance reimbursement. The coordinator, Ivan, explicitly refused to correct this document unless I deleted my negative review on Bookimed. This attempt to "barter" for legal medical documentation is the final straw.

I want to warn people not to do harm to their health. Avoid this place, don't do anything there. You will not only lose money, but also your health. They take money in advance as soon as you give it, you are all in a trap. They constantly lie. They promise that everything will be fine, but you get crowns that crack and fall out. Implants that are twisted crookedly. And all you get is pain and stress, don't go there. I am looking for people who have suffered from them to file a class action lawsuit.

Aka Estenove Painful for my wallet and my procedure! Added extra 1k to my bill for eyebrows and did not use topical anesthetic for initial 40 needles in freezing the scalp!! Very professional caring staff otherwise with door to door service. The clinic did give me .5k hair care product package as a price concession.

I had been seeing so many ads on Instagram, so coming across them felt like a pleasant surprise!
From the very beginning, Onat was incredibly professional and reassuring. On the day of my procedure, a spacious taxi was waiting for me. When I arrived at the clinic, everything was exactly as hoped for: clean, beautifully designed, well organised, and calm.
The doctor was extremely kind, and the whole team was amazing. The entire procedure went smoothly, with only a couple of minutes of very mild pain. The aftercare was absolutely divine, with excellent products and medications provided.
I stayed just a few minutes’ drive from the clinic. The hotel was fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent too!
Six days after my first transplant, I experienced no pain at all—just a bit of swelling during the first couple of days. Everything healed perfectly.
If you are looking for a hair transplant, Good Look Clinic is truly the right answer.
There are simply not enough stars to rate them!
Update – Second Visit:
I have now returned to Good Look Clinic for a second time to further enrich my hair with another transplant, and once again, the experience has been amazing. The staff are lovely—so polite, charming, and genuinely helpful. There was very little pain, and it was absolutely worth it.
A massive thank you also goes to Malan, who was incredibly helpful during my last visit. They even offer a free hair wash (mine was on day 10), and the support throughout the aftercare process was outstanding.

This is the same Mavidenta clinic. I went to Mavidenta and ended up at GoodLook. In addition to dentistry, the clinic does plastic surgery and hair transplants. Everything is streamlined - as quickly as possible. As soon as you pay for the services, interest in you practically disappears.
On a return visit, even if you come strictly at the appointed time (for an examination, x-ray or impression), you can wait a couple of hours. The treatment plan changes along the way, since some services are initially not included in it, for which you then have to pay extra - for example, wisdom tooth removal or a membrane during sinus lift.
The only big plus is the surgeon Dr. Berre Karoz. She installed implants for me, a very good specialist: she explained everything in detail, speaks English. She did a high-quality job, I am happy with the result.

Had the worst experience with the clinic.. coming from the Sofya agency which was the worst experience I ever had. Never recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely sue this clinic and the agency for giving me the wrong information.. Regarding the clinic, I had a very painful experience during my dental treatment. They fitted crowns without devitalizing the teeth in question. After the anesthesia wore off, I experienced excruciating pain throughout the night. Luckily, I had painkillers with me to manage the pain for several days. I returned to the clinic to have my teeth devitalized, which should have been done during the initial treatment, of course. They asked me to pay again for the devitalization.
I found this rather unfair of them. After some negotiation, we reached an agreement, they lowered the price, and ultimately, I'm happy with the result.

We came to the Good Look Incidis clinic in Istanbul. After extensive online research, we were given the information we needed by our medical advisor, Rania, who made all the difference. She guided us throughout our stay with remarkable responsiveness and efficiency (thank you again!). We left France on Sunday, March 2nd, to have our treatments done: Emax dental veneers for Christine, and a hair transplant for me. We were picked up at Istanbul airport and taken to our hotel (great!). On Monday morning, we had a consultation at the clinic.
