Directions of work

A dental implant is made of titanium and isplaced inside the bone to replace tooth. It is very strong and
after it is healed, it cannot be removed fromthe bone. An implant takes 3 months to heal after it is
placed, during this period we cannot place acrown on the implant.

Positive points:
Longer prognosis: since it replace a tooth root, the bone level is maintained
and the result longer than a dental bridge.
More conservative: We do not interfere with the adjacent teeth so healthy
teeth stay healthy.

Negative Points:
More expensive: Since implants reqiure 2 visits. international patients have to
consider x2 flight tickets and hotel.
Requires 2 visits: Some patients do not find it suitable to come twice because
of their work environment or financial status.

Hollywood smile is usually consists of 20,24 or 28 teeth. The exact number depends on the
treatment plan, the patient’s smille and the patient’s wishes.
If s patient has a wide smile, we prefer 24 or 28 teeth (12 or 14 teeth per jaw). The usual plan
includes 24 teeth.
Itis done by first preparing the teeth. Preparing teeth, or shaving teeth, is removal of 0.5 mm of
the enamel to give space for the crown to fit over the tooth. If it is not done and the crown is
placed directly over tooth, the teeth will look bulgy.
The Material used for crowns are either zircon or emax
Crown can change the alignment, shape, bite, color and size of teeth.

We focuse on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum diseases and the structures
supporting the teeth. It addresses conditions like gingivitis, periodontitis, and bone loss, aiming to maintain or restore oral health. Periodontists specialize in treating severe gum issues and often perform surgeries like
scaling, root planing, and bone grafting.

I visited Dent Spa and, while the dentist’s work itself was okay, the pricing was shocking for Turkey. After my treatment, I spoke to other highly regarded clinics and even my UK dentist all of them confirmed I had paid far more than the normal rate. What really surprised me was that they charged the same price for a root canal as for a dental implant which simply doesn’t make sense. It feels like they rely on tourists, especially from the UK and US, not knowing local prices and end up pushing costs much higher than expected. The staff were friendly at first, but once my first visit was done and I’d paid, the communication stopped. The woman who did my cleaning and scaling was also a bit rude and kept recommending extra treatments I hadn’t asked for, which felt like unnecessary upselling. The dentist’s technical skills were fine, but the whole experience left me feeling very disappointed. If you’re thinking of going here, do your research first there are many excellent, fairly priced dentists in Turkey.

So this company will tell you what you want to hear until you get there. Once you're stuck in their country the procedure, amount of money, and treatment plan changes. The amount goes way up (in my case) $10,000) tell you that another trip is needed to finish procedure, I was given temps that are not even useable and expected to utilize them for six months. My primary dentist in the us took them all out due to them not being useful and harming my mouth. So I'm left with paying $12,0000 and no veneers or teeth at all. My time at Dentspa Healthcare Group in Istanbul, Turkyie has been a phenomenal experience with all my Dental concerns. From the start to finish, from initial consultation to getting my Hollywood Natural Smile Makeover, they have provided me with a VIP like experience with transport to and from Airport, Hotel and Clinic every time you are required. All in the package. Coming from Australia, payments of anything done is after free X-Ray they provide and what is recommended by the Senior Dentists and you will be only required to pay before they do any work after carefully consulting with in person on what is necessary for your desires of your teeth when you get there. After preparation work done, the final results required minimal shaving of each teeth but to have no more crooked, chipped, sensitive, crossed over and missing teeth, I am very happy with my final results of root canals, implants, wisdom extractions and deep clean to have Crowns all over each tooth. They are so welcoming, assist in every concern no matter how small and some of the nicest dental workers. Because having work done itself on the gums, there will be pains all over the gums from the sealant after crowns are placed. They provide pain killers to recover from this. This is normal from what the Dentists say and should last roughly 2 weeks or maybe less depends on each person in how they react to the whole surgery. All in all. Thank you Dentspa for making my Smile, very healthy, looking good and structured properly. I would highly recommend Dentspa for anyone wanting to get any Dental work done. I had flash whitening done and was very nervous as my teeth are very sensitive. My dentist Dr.enes listened to my requests and did some manual cleaning as my teeth are so sensitive with the drills. Although I was so nervous and did have some sensitivity throughout the procedure, it was comfortable enough and I’m very happy with the results. The process was great from the beginning, we got picked up from our accommodation then received a complementary facial, tea and coffee whilst waiting. This was a last minute appointment I made because my friend was booked in for Flash whitening and I didn’t want to have FOMO and be jealous! The staff were exceptional, everyone was very lovely, warm and welcoming. I didn’t know what to expect, but there seems to be a thorough process for it all; x-rays, before photos, Dr. consultation then proceeding the treatment after photos are taken. I have veneers from 10 years ago I was nervous to have whitening done as I wasn’t sure how they would colour match to my veneers, but so far so good I think! Flash is more gentle than Zoom whitening which I had back in 2015. I did not have as much discomfort or sensitivity. Dr. Enes was friendly, understanding and accommodating to his patients. DentSpa has A1 customer service. I came with my cousin for some dental work, and from the moment we landed, the team took care of everything. I had a cleaning and an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure was quick, done same day, and way less painful than ones I’ve had in the States for a fraction of the cost. Amazing!!!! Simply amazing! Those are the only words to describe my experience at DentSpa. To start, I am a YouTuber and my appearance on camera is extremely important to me. Not just for personal satisfaction and confidence, but also for business. I chose DentSpa, not just because of the amazing reviews, but also because of the experience I received from start to finish. Initially, I inquired about dental services from home, in Dallas, TX. I was a bit nervous about looking outside of the states, but after hearing the quotes from dentist back home, ranging from 85k-125k, I decided to take the leap. Matt, the dental coordinator, worked with me while I was in Texas to organize and prepare for the upcoming trip. Upon arrival, they had clear and concise instructions on how to find the driver they arranged for me at the airport. The driver took me straight to the clinic to begin the procedure. They were very clear regarding all instructions and procedures that were to take place, which completely helped ease the tension that comes with dental work, especially dental work overseas. Upon arrival at the clinic, they went thru step by step how and when each part of the procedure would take place. They then helped me to check in with the hotel, and had a driver to there to pick me up for each and every appointment. They also helped me find a book a hotel that was to my standards and desires. Sam, the local coordinator, was there to walk me thru each part of the process and answered most questions and concerns I had. The dentist, and his work, were of the highest standards! Everyone spoke English, which wouldn't have been a deal breaker if they didn't, but was definitely comforting to know that I didn't need a 3rd party app to translate any questions I had to the staff. I spoke in my own language, and they responded in kind. Regarding the actual procedure, it was completely painless, with only local anesthesia. It really just speaks to the consummate professionalism and skill of the dentist and his team! I could go on and on about this place, and if I had enough time I would, but I'll leave you with this, my son came here 2 months ago and left a different man. Seeing his results led me to go ahead and get mine done, and I now feel like a new man, myself! Please, for the love of canines, check this place out and seriously consider them over the budget clinics you find on every corner of Istanbul! You, your loved ones and your friends will all notice and appreciate the difference, and you will not be dissatisfied at all! I promise you this! And while you're in Istanbul, don't forget to get some Kebabs!!!! Best food in the world!

I came for a teeth whitening. The place is clean, the staff was attentive and helpful. The dentist was fine, as well as the other staff Oumnia helped me and she was good. They will find any minor issue and upsell you. I had a very minor crack that I was never aware of but they spotted it and I chose to have it fixed as I did see the difference after the showed me what a repaired version would look like. My teeth are whiter and it was a good experience. EDIT: My experience at Dentspa was fine. I originally gave them 4 stars. I have removed 2 starts because of the “gift”. DO NOT AGREE TO TAKE THE “GIFT” it’s actually a “beauty” consultation by a place called Hospital Xp where some guy asks you no questions but looks at you and proceeds to tell you everything that is “wrong” with your hair/face then suggests a miryad of procedures and even possibly plastic surgery to fix the “problems”.Very offensive especially because I didn’t come there with any issues and I never asked him for his opinion. I feel very happy with how I look. Furthermore, they don’t have an understanding of various cultural beauty norms -l have extremely thick hair and was very confused that they kept saying my hair was thinning, then I realized they were referring to the parts in my hair. In my culture, visible clear parts are a sign that someone is taking good care of their hair and maintaining it well, it’s definitely NOT a sign of thinning. They had no idea what they were talking about, in fact they insisted that it was an issue that they could help me fix. They did “gift” me a few minutes of face mask with lights, they didn’t really explain it and I didn’t feel/look any different after, it was a waste of time. Although Dentspa itself was a good, I personally would not go back just because their funneling of clients to beauty services at the end was such a negative experience. If you do go, my suggestion is to get your teeth done and leave. Although hospital Xp is a separate business it was part of my experience as a patient at Dentspa as they insisted I go there. This is why it’s part of this review.

After xrays and seeing some Dr's, it was clear that my treatment was going to be a lot more than I bargained for....in fact the price almost doubled. With regret, I am forced to write a review that is not positive. This is because after calling and messaging I am not having anyone respond to a member of my family having a severe reaction after procedure 2 days ago. We both went in 2 days ago for cleaning/whitening. Reception staff and hospitality is 5 stars across the board. That is where it stops and everything goes down. For something simple that we had done, you spend hours waiting. I was sent to a different floor (made it seem part of my service will be there and I get a free gift as well) but it was an attempt to upsell different products and services. The cleaning took less than 2 minutes and was rough, extremely uncomfortable, water went down my neck and splashed more on my face than anything. Whitening experience was not great either- the plastic tray they put in were not fully straightened and the top was put in a way that pulled top lip/gums at an angle and felt that it was cutting the gums the entire time. At times the staff had to pull it and it cut even deeper and it was painful. I even made them remove the suction thing out because it pulled lip down even more- making the pain unbearable. As for my 16 yr old son..not every person needs full 3 sessions of whitening and this needs to be observed. He experienced pain after and this is 2 days past and his pain level keeps going up, and he is now running fever. No amount of over the counter medicine has helped. I have called and messed via Whats App and no one responded. So the service part is lacking, the moment they receive your payment, you wait around and lose the value of being a valued patient, it becomes a numbers game. I regretfully learned this practice is about volume vs quality.

I’ve just come back from Istanbul after having major dental work done at Dentspa and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went Before booking, I did what I'm sure everyone does, I read a ton of their reviews. I noticed that while the vast majority were glowing, there were a few low-star ones that made me hesitate and I pinged back and forth for over a week while communicating with Alice. I had to do some serious thinking, but after taking the plunge and going on this journey (my partner came with me), I can confidently say those negative reviews don’t reflect the reality at all, and maybe come from people who don’t fully understand just how much effort, precision, and coordination goes into this process. The level of care and professionalism I experienced was above anything I’ve had in the UK (and I've had a lot of work carried out here over the past 15 years by private dentists and honestly nothing compares to the quality and attention to detail work that i've just had done on this first trip) From day one, Alice was super helpful and responsive. The treatment planning was clear, the communication was solid, and everything felt organised and transparent (I iterated on the treatment plan several times, I was listened to and also given solid advice) Once I arrived in Istanbul, it was next-level. The clinic is high-spec, spotless, and incredibly well-run. I had 5 Straumann implants (including a sinus lift surgery and bone grafts), 4 root canals (one of which was a complex remediation to fix a botched job from a UK dentist as he failed to find one of the 4 roots in a molar which then got infected and caused me a lot of pain, a failed filling on top and some seriously bad breath!), and then i had some crown work on my front 2 top teeth, and lower 4 front. The team stayed late to finish my root canals due to the complexity, and every specialist I saw clearly knew their craft. It’s rare to feel that level of trust in a medical setting, even when there was a slight language barrier at times, the team always managed to communicate clearly enough to make me sure i was making the right proactive decision Istanbul itself was just amazing, what a trip! Warm, friendly people, amazing food, and a stunning city. Everything from airport pickup / drop off, to post-surgery check-ups was handled smoothly. I felt completely supported the whole time I’ll be back in February for the final stage, and I’m actually looking forward to it (mainly as its non invasive and it will be just to get the final 5 x implant crowns fitted!), but this is something I never thought I’d say about any dental work cos i've always had a real fear of it If you’re unsure like I was, just go for it. I had many doubts, but after going through the whole process, I can say without hesitation that Dentspa are the real deal. The standard of care, the professionalism, the results, and at a cost that simply doesn’t compare to UK pricing. I'm genuinely glad I put my trust in them Need to send my thanks to Dr Sukran, Ahmet, Tugce, and the other specialists that helped me See you guys in Feb 2026 :)

I recently had a dental crown treatment at DentSpa in Turkey, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. In the UK, the same treatment was quoted at £1,200, but at DentSpa it cost less than 10% of that — without compromising on quality at all. The service was professional, caring, and smooth from start to finish. My crown is made of Zirconia (Zakonian), and I’m really impressed with the results. The quality of finish is a 10/10.
