Areas of Expertise

A dental implant is made of titanium and is placed inside the jawbone to replace a missing tooth. It is very strong, and once healing is complete, it cannot be removed from the bone. An implant requires about 3 months to heal after placement, and during this period, a crown cannot be installed on the implant.

Advantages:

Long-term prognosis: Since the implant replaces the tooth root, the bone level is preserved, and the result lasts longer compared to a dental bridge.
More conservative solution: Adjacent teeth are not affected, so healthy teeth remain untouched.

Disadvantages:

Higher cost: Implant treatment requires two visits. For international patients, this means considering two flights and accommodation costs.
Two-visit treatment: Some patients find it inconvenient to travel twice due to work commitments or financial reasons.

A Hollywood smile usually consists of 20, 24, or 28 teeth. The exact number depends on the treatment plan, the patient’s smile, and personal preferences.
If a patient has a wide smile, we usually prefer 24 or 28 teeth (12 or 14 teeth per jaw). The most common treatment plan includes 24 teeth.

This procedure is performed after tooth preparation. Tooth preparation, also known as tooth shaving, involves removing approximately 0.5 mm of enamel to create space for the crown to fit properly on the tooth. If this step is not done and the crown is placed directly on the tooth, the teeth may appear bulky or protruded.

The materials used for the crowns are zirconia or Emax.
Crowns can improve and change the alignment, shape, bite, color, and size of the teeth.

We focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum disease and the structures that support the teeth. We treat conditions such as gingivitis, periodontitis, and bone loss, aiming to maintain or restore oral health. A periodontist specializes in treating serious gum problems and often performs procedures such as scaling, root planing, and bone grafting.

I have been to many dentists over the years and had many issues with my teeth / from the absolute start of this process the sales person Mo was absolutely superb right the way through from the start until the end. Any issues encountered he was at hand to resolve and did so each and every occasion. Dr Mehmet was superb, Dr Elif highly professional and Oumnia - oumnia all I can say is one of the most polite young ladies I have met - I was fortunate to meet her half way through the treatment and since then a pleasant person who is helpful is always good to put people at ease - with all the procedures I had done of course this was a lot of work and the first visit has finished and the result so far is incredible - the clinic is absolutely immaculate - the doctors and dental staff are to a much higher level than anything I have seen before and I have seen many dentists around the world. Whoever thought of this concept has done so with every single detail thought out. Yes we have had some issues but everything is on the end result of which I'm delighted with so far.

Amazing place! My husband and I were visiting from California and ended up extending our stay to have his dental implants done which he’d been putting off for years, and finally after researching several locations, so happy to have found DENTSPA. I am writing this review because I have recieved the best and most professional service for my teeth and gums ever! I came from New Zealand.incuding many influencers, I had read all reviews resrarched so many my head was spinning! Yet something made me come back here. And I am so glad I did. From the daunting moment I arrived to now, almost complete in my treatment, this place is the best. Unfortunately some people want to come and go home with perfect teeth, and are not prepared for the truth about their gums or teeth situation . Dentspa are meticulous and ensure the FOUNDATIONS are correct before that happens, and that is the most important. They have everything to ensure this is the case and individualized. The level of service and care here and speed in which they do this is fantastic. I knew I had other issues and we got them all done and now I heal for 6 months and go back to be crowned! It's logical to have everything correct in the gums before the teeth. And at DENTSPA you can be assured everything correct is done. The professionals are the top of their game. And there are guarantees I have NEVER recieved prompt and top service, often having to wait a year for certain procedures in New Zealand. If I can assure anyone, it would be go to Dentspa, you WILL get the right results from the dentists who are the best I have ever experienced. I have seen finished products, its the most natural looking results and cannot wait to come here again. I am happy for anyone to reach out to me , Just do it. I came alone and I have met so many people hete from around the world. Turkey is a fabulous place! DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place treats you like a product on a conveyer belt. They have great customer service before getting you into the country but good luck getting help after that. I had two extractions and then two implants placed in those areas same day, with bone grafts and one sinus lift. I HAD TO GET BOTH REMOVED AFTER 4 MONTHS!! First off, the sinus lift was placed too far back and the implant placement completely missed it and went into my sinus. The implant wasn't even fully surrounded by bone and it came out easily. The other implant became infected (pus oozing from implant site) within a month of placement and also had to come out due to bone loss from infection. I went to 3 different specialists who all told me the same thing but customer service from DentSpa ignored my comments and kept saying "just come in for an evaluation", ignoring the fact that I paid 6k for flight, stay, and procedures and couldn't just "come in for an evaluation." I also was getting a simple filling done earlier that day and I don't know if the dentist was rushed or inexperienced but he placed the numbing shot and got started right away. I immediately told him I could feel it and it was painful. He went on to place another shot and started again right away and AGAIN, I stopped him and said I could feel it. He place ANOTHER numbing shot and only then did he wait for it to kick in. After that, the whole left side of my face was completely numb, to my eyelids. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Getting a response from Dr. Leo and Haifa has been most difficult and I often waited DAYS to hear back. At one point I was going through different people to get the other to respond. They have shown no compassion or willingness to fix the situation. After repeatedly asking if it is normal for pus to come from my implant, Dr. Leo ignored the question and said nothing is wrong based on the x-rays. I absolutely DO NOT recommend going here to get your teeth done. They specialize in the spa experience (I should've realized based on the name) but I really question the expertise of the doctors/dentists and customer service representatives.

Mr. Mounaim was so friendly and helpful, sorting appointments and information . The whole experience with Dentspa went so smoothly, the drivers reception staff all punctual and helpful. I had full mouth implants and it has transformed my smile, which at 72 years old was getter so bad I was embarrassed to smile . The treatment from the doctors was all so good very professional, and after my temporary teeth were good the final permanent st are the perfect shape for my mouth. I feel so much more confident. I had a very positive experience at Dental Spa in Turkey. The clinic was extremely professional from the moment I arrived. The facility was very clean and modern, and the entire team was welcoming, organized, and attentive. I especially want to thank Mounaim , who was very kind and helpful throughout the process offered us nice meal. Selim and Dhiyaa were also very professional and supportive. They made sure everything was explained clearly and helped make the experience smooth and comfortable. The treatment itself was handled professionally, and I felt that the team was experienced and careful. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures, which I really appreciated. The only small issue I encountered was with the billing. The final amount ended up being slightly higher than what we had initially agreed upon. It wasn’t a major problem, but clearer communication about pricing beforehand would make the experience even better. Overall, I would still recommend Dental Spa for their professionalism, quality of care, and friendly staff.

Amazing experience, came for zirconium crowns was very nervous, but Oumnia put me at ease and translated every thing the dentists said and every step of the progress and me feel at ease. The place was very beautiful and clean. Very huge and very stuffed. Everything was on point except for the quote they gave me. I was presented with another bill and was given only one option to pick from material wise. Wasn't able to see the initial material I chose from. So couldn't really make the decision as what is what. I went with what I was seeing. So I ended paying double the amount I intended to pay from my initial consultation. Coming from the US, I didnt have no other choice but to go ahead and do it. They threw in a free night guard and a fill in for me. And my financial advisor wasn't bad at all. Saleem. In all, if not the extra money I had to pay, cause that really hurt my pocket. I would recommend this place. They know exactly what they are doing. And my teeth look so good. Just prepare to pay more money. My advice.

I came to have my implant removed, which unfortunately wasn't secure (it was done in Austria). After examinations and consultations, we decided on a bridge and three additional crowns for my front teeth. You get your own assistant to whom you can go with any questions or concerns. I had an amazing experience with Dent Spa. I traveled to Istanbul to have some pretty big dental work and I was honestly very nervous about traveling abroad for dental work. From the very beginning the team at Dent Spa made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Their hospitality, organization, and attention to detail really impressed me. My teeth came out great. I spent 2 days in agony from nerve pain but it’s dental work and I expected some discomfort during the process. Overall the staff is wonderful .They take good care of you while at the facility. There was some minor miscommunication in the beginning about the price I was quoted but we worked it out!! I’d give them 10 out of 10 in office as they answer all your questions and do their best to accommodate you. The facility is beautiful and they treat their guest extremely well. Pro tip: Get everything in writing ✍️ The girl who makes the coffee and tea is delightful and the drivers are great people! I couldn’t be happier with the Dentspa team!!!
