I had a great experience at DentaSpa. I attended requiring some emergency dental treatment and had 2 root canals, 2 crowns fitted and 6 fillings. They were extremely professional and thorough in their approach. They saw me at short notice and completed complex treatments in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend DentSpa!!

I was very nervous about having my teeth done even though I’d hated them for years. After speaking to my coordinator Ash who explained everything very clearly to me and stayed available throughout my journey, reassuring me etc etc. I opted for a full set of crowns and knew it would be very involved for me. Everyone at DentSpa was amazing. I had to have a lot of work done but every person I met put me at ease and there was no pain at all - even with six extractions and three root canals as well as the shaving of my teeth. My journey is still ongoing but today I had all but four of my crowns fitted and I’m totally in love with my smile for the first time ever!! I want to share my experience of treatment at the Denta Spa clinic. I had two visits, and both left a very positive impression. During the first appointment, I had three teeth treated, a professional cleaning was performed, and aligners were installed. All procedures were performed very carefully and painlessly, the doctors explained each stage in detail, which added confidence and peace of mind. The second visit took place approximately 6–7 months later. Then I completed the orthodontic treatment: I removed the aligners and installed retainers. The result exceeded expectations - the teeth became completely even, the dentition was aligned, and the overall appearance of the smile improved significantly. My Experience with DentSpa Now that I’ve had the opportunity to return home and fully process my experience with DentSpa, I wanted to share an honest and accurate review to help others make an informed decision. Overall, the clinic is organized and attentive, with multiple coordinators (transportation, consultation, and financial) guiding you through the process. The drivers were also professional and reliable. Most of the team was responsive and supportive throughout my stay. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the final aesthetic result of my teeth looks great. The overall appearance, shape, and alignment came out very nice, and I am happy with how my smile looks. However, there were some important concerns. During my treatment, I experienced significant pain and had to request additional anesthesia multiple times. While I understand that some patients may require more numbing than others, it did not feel adequately managed and was concerning. My lower crowns also had to be sent back to the lab twice for corrections. I understand that adjustments can happen, and I was not upset about that. The issue was how the situation was handled. The second time, I was told the corrections would be completed the same day and that I would be taken back to the hotel and picked up once ready. After waiting for several hours without any updates, I had to ask for clarification. At that point, I was informed the crowns would not be ready and that I would need to stay an additional day. While staying an extra day would have been understandable given the circumstances, I was initially expected to cover the cost of the additional stay, even though the delay was due to the clinic’s error. I attempted to change my flight but was unable to find an option that would allow me to return to the U.S. as planned. After I became visibly upset, a manager became involved. Initially, there were attempts to justify the situation and have me take responsibility for the cost, followed by an offer to split the expense. It was only after I began documenting the interaction that their approach changed, and they ultimately agreed to cover the full cost. The following day, after the process was completed, I had a conversation with someone who appeared to be part of their HR or patient relations team to review my experience. During that conversation, I was told that situations like this can occur more often than patients may realize, but that they are typically handled differently, sometimes including financial reimbursement. That was not my experience, which added to my concern about how my case was managed. What was most concerning was not the mistake itself, but how responsibility was handled. It felt as though there was an attempt to see if I would accept the cost before accountability was taken. Patients should not have to advocate this strongly to be treated fairly. In summary, DentSpa has strengths in organization and coordination, and I am pleased with the final appearance of my teeth. However, my experience raised concerns about pain management, communication, and accountability when complications arise. I recommend asking very clear questions in advance about these policies before committing.

The staff is really professional, they are always on time for ride share pickup. Super organized. It’s very much a factory in the sense that it’s optimized for high volume. Each provider sticks to one thing and passes the patient between necessary stations for their treatment. It’s not a super “personal” experience because you don’t really connect with the provider BUT for a trip abroad with limited time I much prefer this approach of getting in and out and having your service without too many delays. You can tell the staff is hesitant to make suggestions on treatment so be sure to know what you have in mind and ask for suggestions if you want them. All in all great experience

Dentspa is a professional machine. It has the ambiance of relaxation but the capacity of a factory. People are there for the common purpose of getting great dental service at affordable prices. I believe the communication can be improved throughout the process. There were moments I had an appointment and did not know the next step in my treatment plan. Also, initial pricing information is pretty much subject to change. Everyone at the establishment is friendly. Many of them are bilingual so language barriers are not an issue. It should be an option for dental services but be as prepared as possible with flexibility and communication lapses.

Exceptional Care & Logistics, but High-Pressure Sales Dr. Berkay and the clinical team are world-class: attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I also have to highlight the transportation service, which was flawlessly punctual and never more than 4 minutes late. However, the business department felt a bit pushy and hasn't quite reached Western standards of patient coordination. When booking with the clinic, expect receiving a top-tier dental work and reliable logistics, but be prepared for a bit of a "sales" atmosphere in the office.
