Came here in Nov 25 had all teeth removed and screws for all on 6 inserted, great job no pain or infection, minor uncomfortableness but nothing particularly painful, all healed now and returning 15th March for final fit, if it goes like the first stage it will be plain sailing.

Recently, I made my first visit to a dental clinic in Istanbul Vitrin Clinic on my own, as it didn't include a hotel or airport pick-up and drop-off. When I arrived at the clinic, they analysed the necessary treatment and said, I would need 7 implants and 7 teeth extracted, something that wasn't in my plan. Later the team explained the reason for needing to remove 7 teeth.😯 The team made me feel comfortable, and well cared for. The surgeon was extremely professional, explained each step clearly and, ensured I felt relaxed throughout the procedure. The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and cozy. The reception staff were friendly, and always available to help everything you need. The process was a bit long because, I had to decide whether to accept the treatment; the prices offered were extremely expensive than I expected. After several proposals from the clinic, I ended up accepting. I was the last person to be operated on. I had the impression that the doctor who operated on me, Ziya Aktas and her team, did everything very quickly. To the point, that I didn't even have time to breathe during the surgery. I felt like they were tired. When I left the clinic, they didn't give me a compress to change if I needed one. As my treatment is not yet complete, and I will have to return in 3 to 4 months, I cannot give a definitive opinion. But so far, the most important thing is that the Vitrin Clinic, is very well equipped and has attentive and experienced professionals, such as Dr. Rifat Alsaman, who examined me and also my mother on my second day. I am very satisfied with that. The service was very cordial and everything went very well.

The clinic is very modern and super clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. I’ve had a lot of work done on my teeth including three necessary root canals and a tooth extraction that I wasn’t aware of but the clinic still managed to get the majority of the work done in the 7 days as promised. I will have to come back to the clinic in 3 months for an implant as the gums will need time to heel. Fatma was my dentist and she changed the length of the front teeth as I asked and it wasn’t a problem. She was carful and understanding. I’d recommend Vitrin clinic. The experience was very professional and reasonable with great communication and quality of service. I searched about medical tourism for dental implants from several nations including several clinics in Istanbul, Vitrin Clinic was by far the best experience from the estimate and explaining the process. I had no pressure to upsale or get unnecessary treatment, I was quoted just what was medically necessary. The pick you up from their airport and take you to the hotel and to the clinic each day. Only thing not included are your pain medicine which they help you pick up from the pharmacy and the Total cost was maybe $15USD. The hotel I stayed at included breakfast and was very clean and modern. Every employee is friendly and helpful from the driver to the coffee barista to the head doctor, They use all western technology and the clinic is better furnished than any dentist office I have ever seen in the US. The visit to Vitrin was a very good experience. The staff and the doctors are very accommodating and reachable, very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I can tell they take pride in their work. The immediate results are outstanding. It can be a little hectic at times, because it is a busy clinic. Be patient, and at the end you’ll come out with a happy smile. When you are quoted a price based on photos from abroad, your treatment plan and price may change once you arrive, have x rays taken and the doctor looks closely at your teeth. For example, it turned out I needed four double root canals and two extractions once I arrived and they started working. This also affects the scheduling from day to day. So be sure to anticipate these changes and be patient and fair. They are professionals and are doing the best treatment possible. For all the work completed here in only six days, it would have taken months back home. You would not believe you’ll get so much work done, and done so well, and no-one will believe it either, until you crack a smile and show it! I worked with Catherine as our translator, she is very professional and capable, and we appreciate her help. Dr. Faisal Kayali and Dr. Ismail Şener were very expert, worked very efficiently and ensured I did not feel any pain. Nur and Jack were also incredibly helpful in explaining the treatments to be done and arranging all of the logistics. They also took very good care of my family while we were here, ensuring they had everything they needed while they were waiting in the clinic. The cleanliness and the technology of the clinic is the best I have seen. They have some technology and techniques I’ve never heard of in the states - at a fraction of the price I would pay back home. This is my first visit, I have to return in a few months to complete my implants. With what they’ve done so far, I am very happy.
