I would like to share my experience with AVANGART CLINIC – a dental clinic that truly changed the way I see dentistry. I came here for dental implants and later for prosthetics, and I can confidently say that I couldn’t have made a better choice.
From the very first visit, I felt genuine care and warmth from the entire team. They work with great attention to detail and treat every patient with a high level of professionalism. You can tell they are experienced and confident in what they do, which immediately builds trust. Compared to other clinics, I was pleasantly surprised by their affordable prices without any compromise in quality. The service remained exceptional throughout the entire treatment.
I especially want to thank the young lady who welcomed me and supported me throughout the whole process. She is not only a skilled professional but also a kind and compassionate person. Her care, attentiveness, and empathy helped me go through each step of the treatment with confidence and ease.
What really impressed me is that even after the prosthetics were completed, the clinic didn’t stop caring. They regularly follow up, ask how I’m feeling, and provide helpful advice – it makes a huge difference to feel that you’re not just another patient, but someone they truly care about.

Хочу поблагодарить коллектив клинники,за доброжелательность,их отношение к посетителям. С первых минут пребывания видно отношение персонала к своей работе. Очень внимательны к пациенту,с пониманием относятся к проблеме. Всё проходило в дружелюбной обстановке,начиная с чашечки кофе,чая при входе и наилучших пожеланий при окончании работы. Никакого дискамфорта в процесе всего лечения. Побольше клинник с таким коллективом. Огромное спасибо координатору Лане, с первого звонка к ней,она всегда на связи. Постоянно ощющаеш её присутствие. Такое впечатление,что она вообще не спит. От первой встречи с доктором Эмраном и до окончания испытываеш только положительные эмоции и уверенность в положительном результе его работы и всего персонала. Всем рекомендую эту клиннику.

I highly recommend this dental clinic! They use advanced equipment and place a strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness. The quality of service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable considering the high standard of care. If you're visiting from Europe, I would definitely suggest giving this clinic a try. I had teeth whitening, scaling, and X-rays done here, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The staff is professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently visited Avangart Clinic for a teeth cleaning and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the cleaning was thorough. I was particularly impressed with the doctor ,she was very kind and gentle. I unfortunately don't recall her name. My English translator assistant, Mandana, was also incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend Avangart Clinic for anyone looking for quality dental care. I live in the US and recently took my mom to the clinic. They have an amazing staff who are very professional and welcoming. Their hygiene status is a top notch no doubts. Very knowledgeable doctors who know what they are doing, they give you the best options based on the X-rays, not just trying to take your money like other shady clinics. My mom had 4 teeth extracted, four crowns removed, a bridge removed, and they did six implants to her. All that was done in two visits, each visit was not more than an hour. They call you to check on you in person later before you leave Turkey. All implants certificates are provided upon completion. Going back there soon to finish my mom’s implants and 26 Zargons.
My brother did his Hollywood smile there last year, and he is more than satisfied.
Ayshagul is an amazing coordinator, she really made the whole process smooth.
I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who is going to Turkey 🤞.

Dr. Emara is an excellent doctor. A year ago my husband had dental implants for the whole mouth and after 6 months we returned to the place and he received the final treatment and actually received the gorgeous zirconia crowns . My husband is very pleased with the final result and so am I.It is important for me to note that after surgery and dental implants, he did not feel any pain at all. There was very little pain that went away with a simple painkiller. We want to thank Dr. Emrah and his amazing wife Ayşegol who runs the place amazingly and here I want to add that the place is very clean and beautifull with great service. We quickly connected with these amazing people and his amazing tim . We really recommend Dr. Emrah is an excellent and nomber one in Istanbul. My doctor was Emrah bey and my clinic coordinator was Duygu hanım.
My experience was very good, the doctors and the whole staff were very engaged and I really felt like I was treated well. The procedure (2 implants) went pretty well and was as painfree as possible.
I recommend this clinic to everyone who values quality and wants to feel welcome.

6 ayda bir diştaşı temizliği yaptırırım . Sürekli gittiğim klinik aynı fiyatlara diştaşı temizliği yapiyorken Instagram reklamında beyazlatma dahil aynı fiyat olduğunu gördüm.Google yorumlarına baktım ve denemeye karar verdim.
Tam verdikleri randevu saatinde ve tam anlattiklari şekilde tedavim yapıldı.
Mavi ışık iki seans 20 şer dakika yapılıyor. İlkinde dayandım ama ikinci seansı yarıda bıraktım . Biraz sızlama yapıyor aslında dayanılmaz değildi ama benim dislerim zaten hassas. Yarıda bırakmama rağmen sonuç çok güzel oldu. Keşke ikinci seansı da bitirebilseydim :)

NOT A Happy Customer.
Hi all to who ever maybe reading this.
My name is Jenny and I’m 48yr old.
Back in Nov 2022 I broke my crown on my front Tooth, I had been to see a Dentist here in the uk. And was told if a few options best being Implants as the Crown was beyond repair. The price was quite price and would have been difficult financially to have done as there was no payment plan available.
So I contacted a friend who works for a company Este Prime Uk.
I was told that implants could be done via this company. I was told a price a booked it to go ahead. I booked a wk off of work then flew out. I spoke with Dr Emra and was told my implants could be placed further back so I don’t look like a rabbit. I thought ok I can do that. I had considered to have my Top teeth crowed to they all looked the same colour and not odd. That’s all I wanted…. I had the implants done, a wisdom Tooth pulled a Root Canal teeth shaved and a set of 4 Temporary teeth made up for me to wear while my implants healed. Brilliant I couldn’t have been happier. Although the temp teeth kept falling out slightly embarrassing I had to fixodent daily but that wasn’t an issue.
After my Gums had healed for the Implant I went back to have my top crowns put in and my implants, I was so excited to have a nice smile.
I made a point of saying that I only wanted my top teeth done, as you could hardly see my bottom teeth and they were fine.
I was advised by a dentist there that it was best to have the bottom set of teeth crowned not for cosmetic reasons BUT for the bite. I wasn’t really happy about it but they managed to persuade me. Well being Dentist you trust them right!!!!
Silly me.
So I ended up having invasive treatment done that wk week 6 Root Canals and having implant and Zirconia crowns put in.
Let me tell you I was Crying by the end of it all. I was given the best part of 20 injections in my mouth.
When having the crowns put in the dentist was using practically his whole body force to get the crowns in. My mother was in pain my poor 14yr old daughter that came with me had to watch me crying in agony I was given another injection and some Tablets and sent on my way. I walked 20mins to my Hotel with my mouth throbbing. I couldn’t eat I can not describe the feeling. For the rest of the wks I was taking pain relief as I understood it was part of the healing process. Went back to the dentist for a final check up and came home to the uk.
For 3 month without fail I was taking Paracetamol ibuprofen even had Antibiotics. The pain was relentless it was hurting the back of my neck, eye sockets, and temple as well as my mouth. I couldn’t bite food or put any pressure on my teeth. U called my friend several times who had organised everything. She had liaised with the dentist and I kept being told it the healing process. My poor family and co workers went through hell with me being in this pain.
Eventually I went to see a private Dentist as I wanted to have all my teeth removed it was really making me down. Unfortunately my dentist couldn’t do anything for me except refer me to a Specialist in Cambridge. After being seen by the specialist I was told that all my Root canals had Failed and that to had not been completely finished. My crowns were not crowns they are actually bridges and are linked together therefor they are very tightly fitted in my mouth which causes me inflammation of my gums which feel hot and uncomfortable 80% of the time I can not floss between my teeth which means I will have more bacterial build up. It is now Costing me A further £10,000+ to try and rectify these awful teeth. I have managed to get a loan for one side of my mouth to be done, but unfortunately can NOT afford to get the other half done yet this is now 10 months down the line. Not in as much pain but still very uncomfortable daily. Still can not bite or chew my food as I once could. Long story I’m trying to get compensation/ some kind of refund but the Avangart are not being Helpful even having reports from my Specialist. It’s a joke.

A little backstory: I had two failed dental treatments at another clinic in Istanbul 😓, but Avangart Clinic exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Murat, my dentist, is a true professional—his work is perfection, like art. 🤩
My experience was made even better by my personal assistant, Mandana. She was always there for me, in a highly professional way, and her English is perfect, so there were no language barriers. Her top-notch service and attention to detail made me feel completely at the right place.
The clinic’s transparency is remarkable—they even let me see how my teeth were being crafted in their lab. On top of this, they even gave me my implant & key, so I don’t have to return to Istanbul for adjustments, showing how much they care about their patients.
For anyone seeking the best dental treatment in Istanbul, look no further!!!
