I visited the clinic last week after speaking with Banu, their medical consultant, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. We discussed options over WhatsApp and phone and I booked my ticket and visited the clinic. The treatment process was extremely smooth, everything happened on time and as planned. The staff were very supportive throughout the whole thing and all my questions were answered. At first I was really worried about how the teeth would look by the end but now that they are done I am so so happy with them, I don't think they could look any nicer. Another thing I was worried about was pain, of which I didn't have any so I was very happy, especially as I needed to get an implant as part of my treatment but everything went extremely smoothly. The hotel I was put in was amazing, and every trip to the clinic and airport was arranged for me by the clinic where I was picked up and transferred to where I needed to go. I am now here at the clinic on my last visit, getting my mouth guard and will be returning home tomorrow as a new person. I'm very very happy and would highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Turkey to consider Vitrin clinic. If you want to avoid that scary "turkey teeth" look and want the most natural looking treatment then this place is definitely the best place for it.

I’d like to share my honest review of my experience at Vitrin Clinic. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I’m truly delighted with the results. The doctors were incredibly kind, experienced, and provided me with expert guidance every step of the way. I’d also like to thank Sarah from the sales team for their kindness and support. Additionally, I’m really grateful to the supervisor, the translator, special thanks to the doctor (Dr. Mubashir) and head doctor, and everyone else who was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Vitrin Clinic also fixed a major problem that another clinic, Heva Clinic, had messed up — I’m so thankful for their skill and care in putting things right. The result is beautiful — my teeth look amazing, and I’m really happy with them! I’ve already eaten twice, and everything feels completely fine. Thank you so much, Vitrin Clinic — you’re truly wonderful!

Vitrin clinic was recommended to us by friends and we needed some dental work so we decided to try their services. We found them to be very professional and well organized with many specialized professionals from implants to bridges to root canals to orthodontics. They have receptionists/ PR people who guide their patients through the process, the account professional lets you know the full cost upfront. Basically this is how it works: A receptionist or PR person takes you in and guides you through the entire process. First evaluation, then assigning specialists to accommodate your needs, then appointments to complete the dental work, followed by a final visit for followup to ensure your satisfaction. I would say it was a 5 Star experience.

My first visit here was exciting. Staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. They explained my plan after the consultation in detail which was very helpful and cost effective. I would highly recommend this clinic for making your smile shine. And also, the clinic is close to Mall of Istanbul for a great shopping experience.
