I am revising my review from two years ago with the hope to help you. I got botox here and my face turn out to be completely asymmetric. On top of this, they charge my card $50 more than what supposed to charge. I didn’t get a smooth sweet face, however my face turn out to be like a devil.
Moreover, you don’t feel you are in doctor’s office anymore. it is more like a business center who is trying to maximise the owner’s profit. Please save your time, money, and most importantly your health and beauty and go to a Real Doctor office and not a business center.
Most professional customer service in Istanbul! I got facial and I am supper happy with it! I came back to Hospital XP after 2 years and I am revising my review.

I waited 8 months to write this review because I've been processing the trauma caused by this place, and I'm finally done with their useless post-surgical management team. If you’re considering Hospital XP, DO NOT BOOK HERE. My experience was a nightmare that has left me with regret, wasted money, and irreversible damage.
Staff at Hospital XP clearly don’t care about their patients once they’ve taken your money.
This place is a disaster. They lure you in with fake professionalism and sweet talk, but once they have your money, you’re nothing to them. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I wasted over $10,000 and months of my life. Avoid Hospital XP at all costs.

Hello - I actually found out about Hospital XP fr my contact at DentSpa. The representative explained my options over the internet and I sent photos of myself to get their expert opinion. Those photos were forwarded to the individual who would eventually be my doctor. I chose the cosmetic facial surgery to deal with what I called sunken eye. It was Hospital XP that helped me with the logistical process involved so that when I landed AND when I departed Istanbul, I was taken care of every step of the way.
Eventually after my appointment with DentSpa I met my new point of contact with Hospital XP. She was gracious and explained every step of the process.
During the prep before the procedure she was very thoughtful and was kind enough to answer my questions. She was with me when meter doctor and even explained the process as the doctor began to operate. She was there when the doctor completed the second part of the surgical process and again helped me get all of the items o would need while I was in recovery.
Hospital XP was so professional and kind. All of the staff - receptionists, representatives, doctor, and even the drivers were absolute awesome. I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking professional cosmetic assistance with their facial features.

I am so glad that I found hospital XP. From the first moment that I went to their website to request for a hair transplant information, one of their representation, Adam, contacted me right away. I love how responsive he is regarding all of my questions and he was able to send me a quote through an online messaging consultation. After I received my quote, 3 weeks later I was finally in Istanbul, Turkey. I can’t imagine how easy and organized the whole entire process was. From the transportation from the airport to the hotel, to the face to face medical consultation with Dr. Mustafa and meeting my translator Leah (Lia), to the 8 hour procedure and the hair wash, everything was well through out. Every single person who partake in my journey was very helpful and they made me feel very comfortable as this was my first time in Turkey. We found hospital XP while on a trip in Istanbul and were able to get Stem Cell treatments for both me and my partner. He also had a surgery that while he’s still healing you can already see the results will be amazing. The whole staff at Hospital XP are extremely professional and make sure you have everything you need and all your questions answered. I came from London to get breast lift plus reduction and 360 liposuction. I visited DentSpa which I had great experience with , I was recommended to have my surgery done by Hospital XP. From the start I was taken care of by the medical consultant Alex , who is very warm and welcoming. Alex has great knowledge about the procedure Hospital XP provides.Throughout my stay he was very reassuring , every time I needed help he was available to put my mind at ease.
The hospital itself has a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness , They also have all the latest technology. My doctor Alper is very professional and has high experience , any questions I had he answered honesty. He is also very helpful and respectful.
All the staff, including the manager Mira were pleasant. My translator Lea was always there for me, she very kind and caring.
Overall I Definitely recommended Hospital XP for their exceptional service.

I had work done by hospital do, I did like my doctor but I had paid for another procedure that I decided to not get done, I over paid 5,985 plus was promised a $500 hotel credit and I've been trying to get my money back since Nov 2024, it's already Feb 2025, they keep telling me it was refunded but it has not been. They also decided they should only pay me 4,000 back instead of what I paid, it wasn't until I finally got a receipt for what I paid that I realized they owed me more than 4,000 and they refuse to budge. I still won't get my money it takes seconds to put through a refund.
Do yourself a favor go right to the ministry of health if they rip you off that's the only way I believe you might get your refund.
They have a sister company Dentspa, please be aware of that also, they tripled the price they gave me, pulled teeth unnecessarily and added root canals unnecessarily also. Also they did not let me choose the color and besides that is the teeth were made 5 times the size I needed.
Beware if you use either company.
Their dentist are incompetent, I also did a hair transplant they don't do the sides of your head only the top and the back and they say a doctor does it but that's not what happens.

My wife and I attended the Denta Spa clinic where I had some work done on my top Jaw my wife wanted to have eye surgery and we were recommended by Denta Spa to XP Hospital which we have since found out is part of the same group. My wife had a terrible experience with the Hospital who never actually have anything to do with the surgery as they give your case to other hospitals. My wife Claire at the time paid a deposit of £300 for further surgery however due to the terrible experience she suffered previously decided not to continue with the surgery and we were told we would get our deposit back don't believe them they do everything to make sure you do not get your deposit back a simple refund on to an original card would of solved the whole issue however the card machine was used from Denta Spa and I was told that we would get a refund if we proved who we paid the money to ridiculous even my credit card Company Nat West tried to solve this matter but Hospital XP were not having any of it so needless to say we never got a refund from them. Do we recommend them YES WE RECCOMEND YOU NEVER USE THERE SERVICES VERY VERY BAD COMPANY.

I was referred to HospitalXP by one of the coordinators from another clinic and they called me. Since then everything was explained step by step. The appointment were kept and if there were some delays they would acknowledge that and put me at ease. When it was time for hair transplant the team which was going to work on my hair came and listened to what I needed and explained if it was possible or not. I am very pleased with the way I was treated here. From the coordinators to the doctors and nurses I can not thank them enough.

I went to XP Hospital for Botox and Juvaderm treatments. I routinely receive such treatments so I only needed a touch up. Their facility was clean and modern and the support staff were friendly and attentive. That's the good part. The bad part starts with the technician who was an hour late for our appointment and did not speak English. There was no discussion of what sort of treatment I wanted. Instead, the technician simply began with injections. During the session it seemed like she was injecting way too much filler, but I told myself to just trust the process and let her do her thing. The day following the treatment I was very upset with the results. I had pillow face from having way too much filler injected. The right side of my face was much puffier than the left side as the filler was applied unevenly. Also the laugh lines on the left side were not properly filled in. I regret the whole procedure. I was considering having surgery done at this facility but after the results of my last visit, I would never return for anything again.

Had a great experience with HospitalXP. The process started with me communicating over WhatsApp while I was in US. Adele answered all my questions patiently and helped setup the treatment plan based on my travel plans.
I was picked up at the airport in a private car and transported to the clinic where the procedure was to take place. There I met Iman, my treatment coordinator. She stuck with me along the entire process. I was first explained in a private room.
The procedure went well. Was painful for the first few minutes while they were injecting anesthesia. After that it felt like I was wearing a helmet. The most annoying part of the whole experience was the part where they pull donor hair. After which we had a break when lunch was served. Second part of the process was painless, in fact I slept through it. Another 3 hours and I was done. After briefing on how to handle the implanted area I was transported to the hotel.
Next day came in for hair shower. Again went through more briefing I was transferred back to hotel.
The whole transportation process was handled by their coordination team which worked me all through the process.

I went for Dental care and received a free facial here at hospital XP. Prior to arriving to Turkey I knew I needed a facial treatment to enhance my glow however i wanted a non surgical procedure , but I didn’t know what exactly I needed . I had consulted with a Dr that was offering me what I didn’t want . While at hospital XP another lady was trying to help me but I guess I wasn’t understanding her. Then came Adel, Adel was able to explain to me what exactly I wanted and needed Mesotheraphy. Adel was honest of how many treatments I needed , what the process was like and expectations. Adel was super friendly and professional. He answered all my questions which eased my fears. Adel and Islam made me comfortable. Islam was so gentle throughout the treatment process, she provided my injections . I felt listened to and was well taken care of. They also offered me snacks and drinks when I was hungry . I will be returning for more treatments. I definitely recommend hospital XP. If you have any questions ask Adel he is very detailed in explaining.

I came to DentSpa for a smile reformation and came to Hospital XP for a facial. Had a conversation Adele, and I got a hair transplant a few days later. Amazing customer service, the staff is so personable and friendly. I was nervous coming from the US to Turkey for these procedures but it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Very kind and nice personel, they took good care of my mother and she was very happy with her treatment. Even though me and my sister werent there for an appointment we were very well taken care of as they kindly prepared some fresh fruit and lokum (which we got to try for the first time since arriving in istanbul :D ) for us to enjoy while waiting. I also had a very fun and pleasant consultation for myself about some procedures and the information given was honest and sincere.
The clinic itself was extraordinary, very fresh and luxurious. Staff was kind and helpful, overall 5/5 as a tourist visiting Istanbul for the first time. Dont risk anything and choose this clinic!

I am very satisfied with the service I was provided from HospiatlXP. The whole team is super sweet and very professional but I found a sister and best friend with the manager Mira. She is beautiful inside and out and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and provided me comfort and help. I received a great deal of support from her and I will be using their services in the future. I absolutely loved my whole experience !

I also got my face cleaning there with Imen, it was a amazing and she is very gentle . I recommend this clinic

Where do I start?! I went to HospitalXP for a facial and I was welcomed by Adel. Immediately, the vibe was like we had known each other for a long time. He was welcoming, funny, professional, knowledgeable, and very honest about the services they offer. Basically, they don't sell you things you don't need or want.
I know I'll probably forget some things but the experience was world class - and that brings me to the facility; it is beautiful!
I felt like a princess, as they take care of you by having a luxury car service pick you up from where you're staying, and every step of the way is meticulously planned.
I met other people aside from Adel and I hope they can forgive me for not remembering all the names.

I came to get my teeth done with Dentspa their sister clinic and decided to come upstairs for facials with HospitalXP, they were so welcoming and explained everything they do, I decided I’ll have a lipo and 360 with them, their prices are AMAZING , service exceptional, language was not a barrier at all. It was a very smooth experience, they kept checking up on me and they have a 24 hour helpline that is very helpful. The follow up and customer service is amazing, the team is great, hospital very very clean and experience is 10000000 this hospital is HIGHLY recommended, you get value for money and great results

I would like to share just a few words about my experience with HospitalXP and the excellent treatment that they provided for me Of course they took before and after pictures. and to be honest, I was astounded when I saw how I turned out., the staff here was wonderful. The manager was wonderful and everything that they promised me with this treatment came true. I’m not one to be easily convinced However, ADEL answered all my questions and everything that he promised me came true.:HospitalXP came true. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and kudos to each, and everyone here provided an amazing experience for me

Love my experience.. Very professional and the staff was super nice and communicative through our translator who was exceptional as well.
Also the Dr and staff were really really detailed about the work.. Just when I thought we were done.. The Dr. came and wanted to do more which made me to know that she was really into doing a thorough and complete job.. Very impressive!!
